Nice new detached house adjoining the owners' house. Near Montauban and less than 1 km from Golf Estang and Golf des Aiguillons.
This house for 4 people, has a quiet garden and a 7,5x3,5 pool, covered with a dome equipped with a counter-current system for the more athletic ... The fully air-conditioned housing consists of a large room to live, a corner "kitchen", a bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A large terrace with barbecue for relaxation and to enjoy the calm of the countryside. Pets are allowed, after validation of the owner.

le gite est propre, agréable avec tout le luxe pour passer de bonnes vacances .Le coin piscine est super. Le propriétaire est très sympathiques et a l'écoute.
