Typical Languedoc house completely restored in 2011, very well appointed and very comfortably equipped, in a green setting. It is located in a quiet and peaceful corner of the village. Ideal for family or group of friends. 2 parking spaces.
4 bedrooms - 1 bedroom on ground floor, queen-size bed, with dressing room and bathroom with walk-in shower, direct access to the garden, on the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (2 bunk beds) possible cot - 2nd bathroom with bathtub.
2 separate toilets, 1 on the ground floor with hand basin - 1 upstairs.
On the 1st floor a storage area for suitcases and luggage.
Living room with fireplace, TV corner, Internet Wifi, Sofa
Dining room with large rustic table and benches, children's chair
Very well equipped independent kitchen.
Dining room and kitchen lead directly onto the covered terrace (very pleasant for lunch in the shade in summer)
Covered terrace with arcades, teak garden furniture, plancha with trolley and accessories (gas bottle provided)
Open terrace with Provencal wall fountain (night lighting)
Heated swimming pool with safety shutter, 6 sun loungers on the beach and large offset parasol.
Garden and swimming pool maintenance is provided during the rental (once a week)
