This beautiful three-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment for rent in the San Juan area (Loiza Town) has impressive amenities as part of the Aquatika development. This vacation home has excellent facilities like pools, beach volleyball, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, etc. Also has a family room and a terrace, sleeps up to 8 persons and has excellent accommodations. Step into the glass-front living room to see the local pool with jacuzzi and gazebo. The development has many pools including a Lazzy River, Water Park, club house with entertainment area, tennis, basketball and beach volleyball courts, mini-golf, and charcoal grills. Enjoy the sun, then, relax in this contemporary condo with stainless steel appliances,3 LCD smart tvs; in family room, a BIG 65 inch LCD TV in living room and another in master room all with Netflix. Within driving distance, you will find outlet malls; El Yunque rain forest; Golf; Ferries to Culebra and Vieques; Old San Juan; Casinos; Bio-luminescent Bay; Horseback riding; Hiking; El Morro; Luquillo; Caves; casual and fine dining; and more!

Thanks so much for your kind words and quick send off of the security
deposit! We loved the Villa. My oldest took over the family room upstairs
and enjoyed having his own space. I liked the fact that the master bdrm
was quiet with the fan overhead from the rest of the place. I like to
sleep in a bit and it was perfect. My friend was impressed with the
kitchen and the upscale provisions. I loved having the washer and dryer in
the place as I think we managed to throw in a load each day and came
home with clean clothes. (that is great for me being a working Mom). The
grounds are gorgeous and your neighbors were all kind and helpful. We
had fun sitting in the hot tubs with them as they shared their beer and
talked of the many great things to see and do on the island. We also
found it easy to find our way around the island.

Thanks so much for all your help and all the suggestions you made prior to our arrival. It was a nice touch to receive your call during our stay to make sure everything was meeting our expectations. It was much
more than we expected!

Hector was a wonderful host. The villa was beautiful and perfect for our family trip. I’d highly recommend for those who want to travel with a big group and stay in a safe environment with amenities like a pool, private beach, basketball courts and more. Having a car is a must because rideshare isn’t available in this area, but we were able to dine at some of the most delightful local restaurants, and learn about the incredible history of Loíza. I will absolutely be coming back!

The place is well maintained. Really nice pools, 4 pf them plus big hot tubs. Secure and private. Within 30-40 mins to rain Forrest, bio kayaking, old city San Juan and airport. Small beach. The property manager was extremely communicative.

We had a great stay in Aquatika Loiza resort, Mr. Hector made sure everything was ready to go by the time of our arrival. The location was great for easy access to El Yuenque rain forest and beaches over in Luquillo. Drive into old San Juan to see the forts and walk the city was only about 35 minutes. Food in the area was great, there were many local restaurants to choose from. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Puerto Rico.

We stayed for 8 days, went to the beach every da,y and watched the sun raise on the roof top patio several mornings.We enjoyed the location. It's outside of the craziness of San Juan, but still close. A convenience store and a places to get food or within walking distance. It's not far from the rainforest which was more fun than expected and we visited there 3 times.It's in a gated community and I felt comfortable with my teenagers walking around by themselves.

Hector was amazing as a host. He was very clear in all communications and there weee no unpleasant surprises. In fact, we had excellent surprises. The apartment was comfortable, spread out and comfortable. The upper loft area was nice to get away and the rooftop gathering area was beautiful. We loved having a washer and dryer. The kitchen was great for us as we didn’t want to ea out every night. Outdoors was safe feeling with lots of activities. We enjoyed all three pools and the hot rubs. The short walk to the beach afforded beautiful views. The location allowed us to travel easily to Fajardo or San Juan. We loved having that ability to explore on our own and just enjoy knowing we were coming back to a cozy stay. A definite 5 star host and would definitely stay again. Thank you, Hector. You made our stay just so relaxing.

Great and spacious condo! 5 pools and small private beach. Condo was clean and well kept, however could use deep cleaning in the corners, etc. owner was very good at communicating! Enjoyed our stay, there were six of us. Would definitely stay again. Resort is gated so felt safe all the time.

This property are very well prepared to let people feel like if they are at home or better than that. The kitchen is in top conditions and was remodeled with a new and better counter-top and back-splash. it is well equipped and all dishes, pots and pans, glasses, etc are very well organized.
Each bedroom are very well decorated. Also, has its new air conditioning with very well illumination and its side table and lamp.
The bathrooms are very well prepared with a rug, hair blower, hand soap and a regular soap, etc.
