We offer a self check-in—lockbox code and detailed instructions are provided three days before your arrival. We can help with early check ins and late check outs, recommend our favorite places to visit/eat and just in case you need anything else or have any questions, when we're in town we're happy to help with anything you need. We have a property manager available to respond to any of your questions (8:30am--7:00pm). Otherwise, you have your space and privacy.

Welcome to your perfect vacation retreat, occupying the entire first floor of a multi-family property. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and refreshing living room, flooded with natural light. This inviting space boasts a dedicated dining area, a large and cozy sofa, and TV with streaming services.

Escape to your own private oasis through the living room, where a breezy outdoor terrace awaits equipped with a gas grill. Relax and unwind in this serene setting, enjoying the gentle breeze and tranquility, or visit the local butcher and prepare a meal on a grill.

We understand the importance of a reliable internet connection, especially for those who work remotely. That's why we've opted for high-speed fiber optic internet to keep you connected, ensuring you can easily attend to any professional matters or simply catch up on emails. There are four dedicated workspaces: 2 in the living room and two more in two of the three bedrooms.

Our fully equipped kitchen may be small, but it is thoughtfully designed to maximize functionality. You'll find an oven, 4-burner stove, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and a complete dinnerware set for up to 6 guests. Prepare delicious meals with ease and gather around the dining area for memorable dining experiences. (or ask us for private chef recommendations that can cook the meal onsite for you)

Each bedroom, along with the living room, is equipped with brand-new inverter AC units and ceiling fans to ensure optimal comfort during your stay. With blackout curtains, you can create a cozy and cool ambiance, ideal for relaxation and a restful night's sleep.

If traveling with little children, you will be glad to find a high chair, children's dishes and utensils, books, and a crib located in the master bedroom.

You'll enjoy the convenience of free parking on premises available upon request (note: if you have a large SUV (ex. 7-seater) it may not fit) as well as free street parking, which is usually abundant and hassle-free.

For your beach adventures, we offer shared beach chairs, umbrellas, and various beach gear conveniently located next to the outdoor shower.

Park Barbosa has a running track, basketball court, baseball field, and various trainers offer group/private classes there.

We are located just 2 blocks or a 3-minute walk away from the beach, and for those seeking a taste of local flavor, a short 15-minute walk will lead you to the thriving hub of Loiza street. This trendy hotspot has an array of restaurants and bars, charming coffee shops, and boutique stores.

Arriving and departing will be a breeze, as our property is a mere 10-minute drive from the airport. When you're ready to delve into the rich history of Puerto Rico, a short 15-minute drive will transport you to the historic Old San Juan.
