This unique Ibizan villa stands out from the rest - it's surrounded by tropical landscaped gardens with atmospheric night time lighting. Located in Cala Gració, a small cove full of natural charm situated on the northern side of San Antonio.

The villa, built in traditional Ibizan architectural style, has a spacious living room with a fireplace, open plan dining room and a large kitchen.

There are 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite. In total, there are 3 double beds, 5 single beds and 4 bathrooms.

One of the bedrooms is a large family room which consists of a super-kingsize four poster double bed, ensuite bathroom and 2 additional single beds. There is also a cot in the villa if needed. Another of the double rooms adjoins a single room which contains 1 single bed.

Within the garden is a large swimming pool (17m x 5m) with an adjacent hot tub. Around the pool are sun beds, a lounge area and a bar, and various chillout areas. Along the entire width of the house runs a partly covered terrace, and there is a charming courtyard at the back of the house.

The completely walled plot gives total privacy.

A place we call home

This is our second time staying at the villa and we are already planning our third! The owner is very helpful and the villa itself is in a perfect location and has everything you need. Our party of 10 had a lovely relaxing week at Villa Manana. The location was great and we enjoyed the small ferry boat into San Antonio. The villa was the perfect size for us and the grounds of the villa were lovely. A great time had by all!

Wonderful family holiday at Villa Manana

Just returned from a lovely family holiday with our 2 daughters, partners and Granddaughter staying at Villa Manana. The villa is very big and well equipped with plenty of sleeping room. It is very quirky and authentic (felt like we were on a ranch somewhere). Not going to lie, it is a little tired in places but the managers had made everything comfortable (throws etc on the sun loungers) was very hippy chic ! And felt like a home from home once we had settled ourselves in. The pool is large and maintained regularly, only down side is no shallow end for children but it actually didn’t bother us. The jacuzzi was loved by us all. Only thing we would say is that if you have small children maybe wise to bring some slippers/pool shoes as there is a lot of stone outside and tiles in the villa where grout is missing and we were concerned about catching small toes, thankfully our little girl wore hers and we had no incidents. Position of the villa was great, up a small incline road. Was a 20 minute walk into San Antonio so great for the younger ones who had a couple of nights out down at a Cafe Mambos 👍 and bars. Cannot fault the management team at all, from Pete’s help with the booking and Rupert and Anna at the villa. They couldn’t do enough for us (even helped running my daughter and husband about on the day they attended their friends wedding). They were lovely. Only problem we had was being bitten by mosquitoes so take plenty of plug ins etc. All in all a lovely holiday, the cost in comparison to some villas on Ibiza is very reasonable for what you get at Villa Manana. If your not bothered about wanting a new modern villa then this is the one so don’t hesitate to book. Thank you Pete, Rupert and Anna

A chic & shabby corner of the White Isle.

We’ve just returned from a glorious week at Sant Antoni de Portmany. The villa is in an excellent location, peaceful yet minutes walk from Mambo & Cafe Del Mar, & wonderful beaches with great bars. Few downsides, villa is showing some age, while the decor & design touches are cracking the villas needs some TLC. Broken floor tiles & tired kitchen/bathrooms were the main gripes. Jacuzzi is showing its age. Hence the 4 rather than a 5. We’ve stayed in better finished (more expensive) villas on the White Isle. If you’re a bit fussy try a newer build or a recently renovated villa. This one isn’t for you. On balance the location of this one more than compensates for any downsides. The team were more than helpful & responded to questions/issues without hesitation or delay. A great place to base yourself for a hedonistic holiday. We’ll be back - here’s hoping the pool lights get fixed.😁

Beautiful, Relaxing Villa

the villa was all we hoped for and more. it was so large and relaxing we never felt like leaving. i stayed here with my extended family and we were a bit concerned that we would be too close to San Antonio, but this was not an issue at all. as Pete explained, this is the quieter side of town. but it is still in walking distance to lots of fun stuff and good restaurants.

Lovely large villa and pool.

This villa was very large and comfortable, however it did need some updating. Some of the kitchen floor tiles were loose and sharp. The skimmer in the pool did not work resulting in leaves and bugs in the pool which we had to remove on a daily basis and it was quite cloudy. The door in the shower room annexe was falling off. We did however enjoy our stay and our grandchildren loved the large pool. I think if it was updated would definitely be worth the money. Beach lovely and only a short walk away.Car needed to go to supermarket, small local shop for snacks and El Coto reasonable restaurant in walking distance.

Fantastic Villa and Perfect Location

We had a fantastic holiday here. We'll be coming back next year! The pool and gardens were even larger than expexted and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. The location is also as good as you can get. close enough to the action but still quiet and private.

A piece of paradise!

We rented the villa with a group of (girl)friends (11 of us in total) and we had the best of times. Tania was very helpful and really friendly, there was food and drinks to welcome us, everything was just perfect. The only downside we could find was that one of the beds is really noisy and might need replacing, otherwise everything was heavenly. We'd love to return someday!

A beautiful family holiday.

The Villa Manana was outstanding: luxury fittings, Mediterranean styling, large and spacious rooms, (we were 10), modern well fitted kitchen with outdoor BBQs, plenty of outdoor seating with sun loungers, table and chairs. A dream pool warm enough for early morning, late night and through the day, dips. Beautiful gardens, a host of different trees and shrubs with local wildlife great fun for kids to explore and find. Our grand kids (7 & 4) learnt to swim this holiday in that pool; before we arrived both kids could not swim; after about a week of daily playing in the pool, the 7-year old could swim 'lengths' and the 4-year could manage 'widths'. The Adults enjoyed browning (tanning) and some got very brown. The music and film library was excellent. At those times when the young ones needed cooling off in-doors there were a host of kids entertainment on TV. For late night TV a huge collection of movies. We would definitely recommend this villa to any family looking for a piece of luxury in Ibiza.

The perfect Ibizan villa experience

I just stayed at this beautiful villa with three couples. The size was perfect for 6 people with three separate bathrooms. Every room is air conditioned and the beds are very comfortable. The gardens and pool are like an oasis. There is so much thoughtful attention to detail. The shower in the second ensuite is extremely small which is really my only complaint.

Great locations for a family break but with very easy access to nightlife

The final was perfect for an extended family vacation. We had 5 adult and 5 children and no issues what so ever. The villa is in a very quite residential area away from the madness of San Antonio but is only a short walk in if that is what you want. The villa is a bit rustic but was perfect for what we wanted and the pool is huge. Kids had a ball. My only negative which might be a positive for some is the bedroom layout. You have to go through the master bedroom to get to two of the other rooms. Otherwise perfect. Pete the owner was very responsive and Tania the local manager was brilliant.

Stunning villa- perfect for complete relaxation

Had a wonderful short break in this villa. We were cpmpletely blown away when we arrived. There is so much space! It is truly stunning both inside and out and has everything you could possibly need. We didn't want to leave and spent whole days just relaxing by the fabulous pool. The lovely Tania showed us around and was always on hand whenever we needed her. Beaches and restaurants are just a stroll away. Best villa ever. We we definitely return!

Perfect place to relax and chill out

Very comfortable living space with a well equipped kitchen, lots of glasses, crockery and a Nespresso machine was a nice touch. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well maintained. The living area was open and inviting, we were there at the end of the season so we even had a log fire on a few cooler nights. But the garden and outside space..... WOW! I mean we were 5 friends (but we were spoilt!) even if you were to fill the place you'd still have plenty of room in side and out. The hot tub was great, perfect running order and hot (after staying in a few places I've heard all the broken hot tub excuses). The pool is large and super clean, the gardens are well maintained and at night with the lighting it's like a five star hotel! The outside seating areas both uncover and open are done really well and offer plenty of sunny/shaded spots. The garden feels very private thanks to the surrounding hedges and trees. A car is a must really to help with shopping etc as taxi bills can run up quick. But with plenty of parking space this is not a problem. As I say we were there in November so at the end of the season so we didn't head out too much just made the most of the villa and the garden we all left extremely happy and relaxed, talking about our trip next year..... and if Ibiza is the destination I know where to enquire first!!! amazing time

The property was fantastic the pool is brilliant and really good size. Everything you could need was there and Tania was great for information and letting us know where everything is. Had such a great time didn't want to leave. Great beaches 5 minutes walk and resturants . Great for all ages and ours ranged from 1 -54 !! Will defiantly be going back. One thing to note the spa bath didn't work but everything else was great.

WOW what a villa

This villa has got to be by far, the most amazing villa I have ever stayed in. From the minute we arrived and met the wonderful Tania, to the time we left, was the best holiday I have ever been on. The photographs are excellent, but once you are there you never want to leave, as it's better in reality. I have nothing but admiration for Tania, as she did a fantastic job of showing us around and how things worked and was always available when ever we needed her and answered all our queries promptly. The villa has everything you could ever need and was really clean. The outside space was just fantastic and we spent so much of our holiday enjoying the comfort of the undercover gazebo with sofa and chairs. One of the things I loved the most about the evenings, is when we put the outside lights on, wow what a view, one I will never forget. There is something about this villa, that makes you relax the moment you enter through the electronic gate. I cannot recommend this villa enough, I loved everything about it and cannot think of one negative thing to say. Many thanks to Kate and Tania, we'll be back!!

Just wonderful!

We had 2 weeks at this wonderful villa, every day was a struggle to leave.The pictures really don't do it justice, there is so much space, enough to loose yourself. The peace and chill vibe Villa Mañana has is second to none. We were met by the lovely Tanya who really looked after us in a very unobtrusive way and on arrival we had lots of gifts - fruit, beer, wine, bread, milk etc. The pool is brilliant, the biggest I have ever had with villa rental. The position of the villa is perfect. Just a 10-15 minute stroll to Mambo's, passing nice restaurants and bars and then a 10 minute stroll (subject to how many bars visited) into the heart of San Antonio (which I loved). We did a trip to the spa which was beautiful and hopped on the ferry which you get just down the road. This was without doubt the best holiday I have ever had, thank you Tanya and Kate to making everything so easy. Trying to replenish the savings pot to come back next year. Just loved, loved, loved it.
