Country Oasis in North Seattle

Enjoy room to spread out, relax and even work from home in this quiet and bright 1250sq ft upper level retreat! Free parking, a short walk to the bus to the UW and downtown, easy bike trail access and more! New AC/Heat, full kitchen, three full bedrooms with several restaurants and breweries in walking distance. Close to major transportation corridors as well. This apartment has a private upper level entrance and you can relax and bbq in the quiet shared yard and garden.

Lake City (a Seattle neighborhood) is right on the edge of Lake Washington and north of the UW. There are three great breweries you can walk to as well as a number of cute cafes and restaurants that also provide takeout. You can head a few blocks down the hill to the Burke Gilman bike/walking trail and explore from there!

There is a bus stop two blocks away with easy access to the UW and downtown. Bike share ebikes are always nearby. There is also easy free parking.

Truly an Oasis in the City

What a pleasure to find the open, clean, spacious look of the website photos more than mirrored by the realities of this gem. The air/cooling system was state-of-the- art, and felt safe & comfortable in the unhealthy & hazardous air of our stay. Our only regret was not being able to spend time in the charming backyard, which nevertheless was a welcome peacefulness out the living area windows.
