Enjoy your morning coffee on the rooftop deck, while being surrounded by breathtaking views of Seattle. 10 mins walk to the amazing Woodland Park & Zoo, 4 mins drive to Fremont Troll, a Seattle favorite Theo Chocolate, Sunday Street Market and more! You can never go wrong with Fremont.
The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, roughly 1000 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with a few steps to entrance.
**Floor Plan** • First Floor: Main entrance, kitchen, dining, living room with smart TV and sofa bed that sleeps 2. Air conditioned. • Second Floor: Bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom w/bathtub & shower and heated floors. Heating only. • Third Floor: Primary bedroom suite w/queen size bed. Ensuite bathroom w/shower and heated floors. Dedicated desk and chair for remote work. Air conditioned. • Fourth Floor: Rooftop with outdoor furniture and great city views!

You can't go wrong with Fremont! • Dedicated desk in one of the bedrooms, fast internet, great for remote work • Big windows with lots of natural light • Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, keurig coffee & tea • High quality bed, mattress, pillows & linens for comfortable sleeping • Smart TV for streaming. • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs
**About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
**About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing. • The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

The property was great and well kept. So many great places in walking distance. Sound did not travel inside so privacy on the different floors was great. It can get noisy being on a busy street, but earplugs at night helped. Would definitely stay here again!
Stayed here twice in a week. Very nice apartment with good amenities and easy walk to nice restaurants and coffee shop. Nice view of mountains to the east. Will stay again

The property was clean and comfortable. The only negative was all the stairs but we did know that going in. Enjoyed are stay there and would recommend it to others.

The house was clean and comfortable. The location was great - only a few minutes walk from restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store and easy access to the rest of the city.

The location of this property is great. Local restaurants and a grovery store hust around the corne, easy access to a bus and downtown, beautiful rooftop views! The beds were very comfortable. Overall the house was very nice!!

Nice big space with a fantastic rooftop view! Super walkable, lots of food and drink options with central Fremont right down the hill. Easily accessible to Seattle’s major sights

Great location. Easy walk into Fremont for dinner, coffee shops around the corner in both directions. Beautiful view from the rooftop patio.

We loved our weekend stay at this sweet place in Fremont. Off street parking was wonderful, and easy bus access downtown just a half block from the house. Walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. A nice layout for families who want some space while traveling.
