The newly painted Penthouse unit incorporates a split floor plan for added privacy. Bedrooms are located on either side of the living/dining room, each with en suite bath and walk-in shower. Both bedrooms face the water so you can see glimpses of sparking water as you awake. The huge master includes a king size bed and sitting area with walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers two twin beds. Each bedroom has a TV.
The completely renovated kitchen includes stainless appliances and granite countertops, new cabinetry and plenty of dishes, cookware and stemware. A Keurig coffeemaker and wine refrigerator will help you with your favorite beverages.
The living room is bright and sunny, with unobstructed views from the top floor of the building. The room is decorated in cheerful colors with a couch, armchairs and TV. The dining room table seats 4 comfortably.
There is free WIFI throughout the unit.

The Harbor Towers Yacht and Tennis campus has wonderful family-friendly amenities for your use:
• Swim in the two heated pools (one a kiddie pool), or bask in the sun on comfortable lounge chairs or under an umbrella on the pool deck.
• Play tennis daily on the three lighted Har-Tru clay tennis courts.
• Exercise in the new fitness center and then enjoy a sauna in the men's and women's sauna facility.
• Grill a sumptuous meal on 1 of the 4 BBQ grills on the expansive poolside patio area, with ample tables and seating to enjoy your meals.
• Fish right off of the docks on the inter-coastal waterway, have a picnic overlooking the water in the island gazebo, or enjoy a chance encounter with dolphins or manatees
• Relax in the social room which offers a wide screen TV, pool table, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of tables and chairs. The complex is friendly and always hosting events that you are welcome to join in if you choose.

Harbor Towers is a secure compound with coded entry at the parking lot and building doors.
An on-site rental management office is located off the lobby to assist you upon your arrival and with questions during your stay.
