Large HEATED outdoor pool - this 2 bedroom/2 bath PRIVATELY OWNED vacation condo is steps away from world famous, breathtaking Siesta Beach - consistently VOTED #1 BEST BEACH IN THE USA year after year! This condo is nicely situated on the 2nd floor and is a corner unit, providing wonderful cross-breezes all day long! The screened lanai provides spectacular Gulf coast views.
Main bedroom has a king size bed with desk area. Guest bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin over twin bunk bed. New bed linens and bath towels are provided. Each bedroom has a spacious private bath and large walk-in closet. Sleeps 4-6 comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and many extras (blender, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) - granite counter-tops! Iron and ironing board, hair dryers for your convenience.
Cable television in living room and both bedrooms. DVD, VCR, and stereo system. WIRELESS INTERNET for your convenience. Beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler are available, free of charge.
Crescent Royale amenities include heated outdoor swimming pool with patio and lounging areas right outside condo entrance, and state of the art fitness room. Game room with pool table, lending book library. Private car port with dedicated parking space right at condo entrance. Elevator. Shuffleboard. Tennis courts and playground minutes from complex.

We loved our stay! Our view of the ocean was amazing. Proximity to beach was great and the kids loved the heated pool. Condo was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Sand toys, beach bag and chairs were a big plus since we flew in and couldn’t bring them along. Condo could use some more silverware for 6 people but did have plenty of plates, bowls, glasses etc. Would definitely stay again!

The location of the condo is great. It is across the street from the beach and about 1 1/2 miles into the Siesta Key village. I expected a very clean place. The bedding, towels, couches and MB carpet were disappointing. The sheets are not cotton. They were dingy and felt like they had not been washed and slept in for weeks along w/the comforter on the master bed. We did not use the 2nd bedroom so I cannot comment on that. One of the pillowcases had a blood stain which is totally unacceptable. Luckily, I brought my own pillows with pillowcases but I wished I had brought my own sheets. I had my own pillows b/c I was worried about getting uncomfortable pillows and getting neck aches. I also found one towel with what seemed like toothpaste on it and another towel that was dingy and not white. Whoever is managing this property for the owner is not doing their job of checking things like this. I expected clean, white, crispy cotton sheets. The furniture in the living room, balcony and carpeting need to be cleaned professionally. I did not enjoy sitting on dirty couches. The rest of the condo appeared clean and everything was working as it should. Because the beach/shoreline is so far from the condo, a cart would have been nice to put beach chairs, coolers etc. It was not! I inquired about renting one as the host told me to do; and it costs 69 to rent b/c it did not meet the minimum amount for a rental. We are seniors and it was hard for us going to the beach.

Great vacation rental! Clean, comfortable, well stocked and convenient to everything. Very easy check in/check out procedure and the owner was responsive when needed. We loved being across from the beach, close to restaurants/bars, shopping, downtown etc… perfect place for us and we hope to stay again next year!
