House on two levels with 2 bedrooms available for 4 people at the heart of a gated community. Two bedrooms are upstairs with bathroom and toilet. A downstairs bedroom with bathroom and toilet. double bed. Equipped kitchen. Large living room and side garden. Two terraces (south and west), one shaded. Very quiet area. 20 minutes from the sea and 20 minutes from downtown. 5 min from the motorway. Garden of 400 m2. Lets enjoy the city and its surroundings in peace. Parking on the property.

Maison au calme avec beaucoup de charme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! La maison est spacieuse et très agréable à vivre ! Les 2 terrasses sont aussi un vrai plaisir pour déjeuner ou se relaxer! Nous recommandons et serons ravie de revenir quand nous serons de passage à Montpellier !

Très belle maison avec jardin

Nous avons d’agréables moments dans cette belle maison mise à part la canicule et les piqûres de moustiques (rien à voir avec la maison ni ses propriétaires) tout était nickel… A refaire avec plaisir…
