Located in the trendy area of La Bastide, on the right bank of the Garonne from where we enjoy the most beautiful view of the historic city, the house has a garden with trees where you can relax in peace. In total 5 rooms for a maximum capacity of 12 people.

The Studio room is modern in decoration and is decorated with red and gray. It is on the raised ground floor (a few steps to get there). Overlooking the street, it is still quiet thanks to double glazed windows.
It is equipped with a functional kitchenette and a small dining table for two.
Bed 160 x 200 very comfortable that can be organized in twin beds. Air conditioner. Private shower room with shower and toilet. Supply of 2 towels per person. Shower / shampoo products, cottons and hair dryer available. Welcome tray with kettle in the room.

We offer our guests a simple and friendly welcome in our newly renovated stone house that warmly combines modern comfort with antique family furniture. Our wish is to interact with our guests and to receive them as friends.

Ideally located a few tram stations from the center while being away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, from the house you can quickly access the vineyards of St-Emilion and Pomerol.
Bus, tram and bike station are within 200 m.

You will appreciate the conviviality of the breakfasts taken together on the terrace facing the garden in summer around a breakfast including yogurts and homemade jams as well as a platter of cold meats and cheeses.
