This condo includes FREE BEACH CHAIRS seasonally between March 15th and October 31st. You'll receive 2 beach chaise loungers with 1 umbrella between them at no cost!

We welcome you, and have this beautiful, beach-front, Ocean Reef condo ready for you. From the moment you walk in and see the gorgeous views from the living room, you'll be thrilled that you rented Ocean Reef 702. This condo includes everything you need for a comfortable vacation, tiled floors, and plush furnishings. The breakfast bar and dining table provide ample seating for your family and guests. The living room and master bedroom adjoin the spacious oversized balcony where there is more than enough room for everyone to enjoy the outdoor views of the sandy beach and emerald gulf waters. The balcony includes outdoor furnishings with tables for dining while enjoying the gorgeous sunsets.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed with private en suite bath. The master bedroom is gulf-front and adjoins the balcony with its own balcony doors and views of the gulf. The large guest-room also includes a queen-size bed and bathroom. The living room includes a queen sofa sleeper.

The spacious guest room includes a comfortable queen-size bed with private entrance to guest bath. The guest bedroom is equipped with television and furnishings that provide plenty of storage for long stays. This bedroom can easily accommodate two adults or children with plenty of room to spare!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hate to say anything negative, but here’s the truth. First, beautiful condo with a balcony and view to die for. Comfortable bed & pillows. BUT the balcony furniture was SO filthy, I didn’t want my clothes to touch it, and THAT’S where I wanted to spend the majority of my time. “I” found the vacuum and did a thorough cleaning. I realize there is salt & dust in the air, but this was a couple of months worth! Why wasn’t it cleaned prior to my arrival? Why was I charged a cleaning fee? The tile floors were SO dirty I couldn’t even walk around barefoot. Stepped in the tub and turned it BLACK! So I wore shoes constantly. At the very least my cleaning fee should be refunded.

Wonderful front beach condo!

Ocean Reef 702 through Greta's Beach Rentals

2nd stay at this Ocean Reef 702 and 3rd already booked for next May. All booked through Greta's Beach rentals. Excellent communication on all. Really enjoy the large 10x20 balcony. Very comfortable furnishings inside and out. this area of the beach is less congested than at many other high rise condos. Convenient walk or short drive to several restaurants and attractions. Since we had a 1 & 3 year old on this trip we did carryout several nights and enjoyed a peaceful and less stressful meal on the balcony ane enjoyed the sunset view!
