About this property

Free seasonal beach chairs include two chaise loungers with umbrella from March 15th to October 31st.

This condo includes amazing, low, 8th floor views of the beach and gulf from the huge 10 X 28 balcony. The condo is beautifully remodeled and very comfortable. The gulf-front master bedroom, with king bed, includes balcony access and private master bath with glass door entry walk-in shower. The large guest room includes king bed and private access to the second bathroom. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a sofa sleeper. The kitchen includes stainless appliances and breakfast bar with seating for four. The dining area includes table and chairs for four. A laundry room with washer/dryer is perfect for keeping your clothes, swimwear, linens, and towels clean.

Our area has activities galore! Water activities, shopping, dining and entertainment are all right there! Close to great golf courses. Everything you could possible need is within 2 miles, including grocery stores, drug stores, Wal-Mart. Convenient to airport; less than 12-hour drive from most mid-western U.S. cities. Across street from double putt-putt course, AND go-cart track. Just down the sidewalk a short walk away you'll find Runaway Island Restaurant, one of the nicest, most delicious, beach-front, restaurants in Panama City Beach.

Ideal parking has a covered, reserved, parking space located under the building and close to the elevators or just three flights of stairs away from your condo. This convenience makes short trips to and from your vehicle a breeze! No long walks to a parking garage across the street. No wasted time searching for an open parking space.

Family friendly AND great get-away spot for adults. All renters must be over 25 and understand this is a quiet zone between 10PM and 8AM. Never more than 6 people in unit. This is NOT a good place to party - on purpose. Property Manager and Security on site.

Beautiful place to stay!

Loved the condo, the balcony, the proximity to the beach & the reserved parking spot!! No issues at all with the elevators. It was a relatively quiet place to stay. The outside sounds are muffled very well & inside you rarely hear your neighbors. The only drawback to the balcony is that some evenings you could hear loud music from the building next door. (Fontainebleau) Regardless I would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. If we needed something replaced or fixed they were very prompt. Mostly clean except found things under the beds.

AWESOME PCB Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was exactly as described on Greta's Beach Rentals site. It was very nicely decorated with a HUGE balcony (the largest I have seen). It is closer to the water than lots of condos that I have stayed in, so an easy trek with umbrellas, chairs, etc. It sleeps 6 very comfortably. Everyone we came across (staff, security, etc) were very friendly and very helpful with suggestions on places to go. It is also very close to Pier Parc which was loads of fun. We can't wait to return.
