About this property
The Mas du Castellanet
Located 1 km from the village, in a residential area, without vis-à-vis. Closed ground of 2000 m ² in restanque. The entrance is through the shaded terrace and the living room naturally cool in the summer and heated by a wood fire in winter. Electric heating and wood included. On the ground floor: a living space including the dining room with wood stove, the kitchen, the living room TV and its fireplace insert and an adjoining room with a library, a video projector, a sofa bed 140 cm, a toilet. 1st floor: a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, a toilet, a double room with a bed 160x200 cm, a wardrobe overlooking the pool terrace. On the 2nd floor: a double bedroom with a bed 160x200 cm, a modular bedroom with two single beds 80x200 cm and two single beds bunk 90x190 cm. Linen provided and beds made on arrival. Welcome to Provence, in the heart of a Var village, between sea and Verdon. Marie-Pierre and Bastien welcome you in an authentic Mas Provençal nineteenth century. Enjoy its swimming pool and bird's eye view of the vineyards and the Maures massif. (4.5 x 8.8 x 1.5 m, alarm and barriers). Ideally located to reach the seaside and embark on a shuttle to Ste Maxime direction St-Tropez. To see the Thoronet Abbey, Tourtour, Moustiers-Ste-Marie and the Gorges du Verdon.
