Lake Erie Vistas 4699 Lake Rd E. across from Sun Resorts Campground

Unit #307 is a newly owned 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in Lake Erie Vista. It features beautiful hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is free WIFI and a full size washer and dryer in the unit.

The master bedroom has king bed, a 42' flat screen TV and a bath with a six-head spa shower.

Second bedroom has 2 twin beds with huge walk-in closet and a flat screen TV.

Third bedroom has full bed and twin.
The Guest Bath has jetted soaking tub & shower.

The living room and dining room offer incredible views of the lake. The dining table seats will seat 8 and there are 3 bar stools at the island. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa.

Very spacious, beautiful view. It felt like we were overlooking the ocean. Very well maintained property. Property manager Deb, went out of her way to identify wineries and hours since it was post Labor Day. She arranged winery transportation which was too drawer. Beautiful View and Convenient Location

I stayed there with my three sisters. You get a front row to absolutely beautiful sunsets on the private beach. It’s close to wineries and other fun shopping. The pool was a little cloudy so we didn’t use it, but that is not the selling point of this condo - it’s the lake and beach. We would stay there again.

Relaxing place with great views

We had a great week here! Directly on Lake Erie with beautiful view from living/dining room and deck. Had everything we needed and rental process was easy from beginning to end. It’s definitely a summer town so a lot of restaurants and shops are closed after Labor Day but we were looking for peace and quiet so it was perfect for us, and we didn’t mind driving 15 minutes to restaurants. Highly recommend!

Lake erie vista condo

Overall the stay was good. The view was fantastic. The condo was comfortable other than the pull out couch mattress wasn't the best. The refrigerator wasn't really working. Contacted the owner. She said we left the door open but that wasn't the case. Also check out was at 11 but owner came in at 1040 and said she did not have enough time to get the room ready and started stripping the beds while we were still getting our stuff together to check out by 11. That was rather frustrating.

Perfect placement

My family and I came into town for the solar eclipse. The location of this vrbo was perfect. In the line of totality, right on the lake, private area on the beach for us, and a quiet neighborhood. We were close to the shopping and food, but off the beaten path enough for an intimate experience. The condo itself is beautifully maintained, lots of space, and had everything we needed. (And a few things we didn't know we needed.) It was the perfect place for our vacation. The only oversight was not getting the code to the building before we arrived. We had the condo code, but not the one to get in the building itself. Anyone who uses this location, be sure to contact the owner to get that additional code before you arrive. Regardless, I highly recommend this vrbo and would choose it again if traveling to that area in the future.

Spacious, gorgeous view, and quiet. Loved the balcony views of the water and having the pool as a swim option. Kitchen is large and has tons of options for serving. Pans are on the smaller side so bring extra if you have a big family. Rooms were clean, beds were cozy with plenty of extra blankets/sheets, and the strip is close by for touring. Our kids also loved the beach and dock - beautiful pictures and views!We had a slight delay with check in and property managers were quick to respond to support. Would highly recommend and absolutely stay again.

Beautiful lakefront condo

This beautiful, three bedroom condo had everything you could need, including an awesome view. Everything was neat and clean. The owner and manager were easy to work with and reservations and check-in were a breeze. Any questions I had were quickly answered. I will be back.

Relaxing getaway

We stayed two quick nights, but because we didn’t rush and took our time relaxing, it felt longer! Just enough girl time to gather, eat, drink and catch up! We took advantage of the wine tour/taxi with Brandon and he was super accommodating! William Vincent was a top winery for our tastes! Marianne’s cheese and chocolate shop were perfect shopping as we exited!

Beautiful View

This condo is in a great location with a beautiful view. The unit itself has some work that needs to be done. Part of the flooring was removed and not replaced, just covered with an area rug. The outlets are all really loose. The kitchen faucet handle was loose, and the convection part of the oven didn’t work. If we stayed there again we wouldn’t plan on cooking while we were there.
