About this property

This beachfront location provides you with beautiful sunrises and sunsets over Lake Erie and proximity to all the attractions that Geneva on the Lake has to offer. Find beach bliss from the moment you enter this newly updated 2 story retreat which overlooks the lovely Private Beach.
This home boasts tasteful, eclectic furnishings and décor throughout, a private balcony where you can enjoy the #instaworthy views and listen to the sounds of the waves. As you enter the home, you're welcomed by a beautiful and cozy open-plan living area, with beautiful décor that compliments the breathtaking, unrestricted, views of the Lake!

We are open year-round and our location is central to the Grand River Wineries, Geneva-On-The-Lake, and Ashtabula Harbor. Geneva-on-the-Lake is home to 22 wineries, some of which offer dining in their restaurants in addition to the wine tasting and live music. It wouldn't be Ohio in the Winter without some very delicious ice wine which is also available during the cold months.

If it's water you need, our home is a little over 1.5 miles from the Marina and State Park. You can pier and shore fish, kayak or take a boat ride along Lake Erie's scenic and breathtaking coastline.

SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR THE KIDS:
Adventure Zone is just one mile from the house and offers go carts, batting cages, a rock wall, mini-golf, zip lines, bumper boats and a children's play area. There is a Ferris wheel and water slide in downtown Geneva-on-the-Lake. Sure to put a smile on all kids faces, young and old.

Work hard enjoy Life!

House was great! The view is great & the stay is comfortable. We found everything clean beds are comfortable & furniture. The water pressure is awesome with instant hot water. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent friends and family vacation house

The pictures don't do justice to the beautiful lake views from both the living room and bedrooms. The bedding is comfortable and clean. We appreciated the kayaks and outdoor seating. Our two families of four were perfectly comfortable with the accommodations.

cousins getaway

We were a group of 8. It was our girls cousins getaway weekend. The home was clean, very comfortable with a great kitchen, outdoor balcony and location. Manager was easy to work with and access in and out was also easy. We would book this property again.

Amazing Stay

The house has amazing views of the lake and lots of light! Our family and our two dogs loved the whole stay and the host was very friendly. Everything in the house is updated as well. Highly recommended! :)
