Two bedroom gite (2 people maximum) in town of Prades, Conflent, Pyrenees Orientales in beautiful gardens with shared pool. It shares the grounds and pool with one other gite and our bed & breakfast guests.
A 5 minute walk into the centre of Prades, a town of 6000 in the foothills of the Pyrenees. An ideal base for exploring the Pyrenee Orientales region. The gite is behind the main house. This gite has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, one bathroom, and a combined kitchen/lounge. There is an outdoor terrace area for the apartment, a shared pool and extensive gardens. Parking in the grounds, free WiFi.

Excellent place to stay.

Brilliant seven day stay at this excellent gite. Part of an outstanding villa surrounded by beautiful gardens and pool. Owners work hard to maintain the standard and we were well received by them with them always available to offer help and advice on the local area. We would definetly recommend this location as an excellent base to enjoy the Perpignan/Prades/Canigou Region.

Tres près du centre de Prade dans grande propriété arborée

Gite dans grande propriété avec parc arboré et tres agréable. Belle piscine qui est un plus évident dans ce bel environnement. Le gite se situe à l'arrière de la maison de maitres au calme. Il est indépendant Bonne propreté. On peut regretter la mauvaise luminosité à l'intérieur, une decoration un peu surannée et une salle de bain qui mérite plus de rangements que la simple petite tablette en verre au dessus du lavabo. Idéal pour une famille avec deux enfants.

The chalet was fine. The garden was simply superb. Much more importantly, Nick and Kate were perfect hosts, unobtrusive, ever helpful, ever friendly. They were super. If I would add one thing it would be to put a little guidance to local attractions in the chalet. The gorges at Caranca, the villages of Jujols and Eus etc. were really special and we might have missed them - which makes me wonder if we did miss anything. But overall - ten out of ten. Wonderful Kate and Jasmine is lovely.

Urlaub in Prades

Ein ruhiges Gite am Fuß des Canigou, in einem wunderschönen, parkähnlichen Garten mit großem Pool gelegen. Die Besitzer sind herzliche Gastgeber, man fühlt sich als Gast jederzeit willkommen und verwöhnt. Ich kann die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Absolutely perfect for us

A characterful and well-equipped gite in the grounds of a lovely C19 villa with superb pool. Owners exceptionally helpful and friendly. Ideal for us as it's a bit of a struggle for vegetarians to eat out in this area. Perfectly possible to get there from Perpignan,and around the locality, on inexpensive buses. Note: Our booking ran Wednesday- Wednesday

Un séjour parfait

Le gîte est confortable, bien équipé et surtout d'une propreté exemplaire. La terrasse est assez isolée pour garder une certaine intimité et le jardin magnifique, entretenu avec soin et passion par les propriétaires. Il nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux, ils sont très disponibles sans être intrusifs, nous ont bien conseillés sur les visites à faire à proximité, qui sont d'ailleurs très nombreuses et diverses. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Rien à reprocher à cet hébergement . Bien situé , proche du centre ville , pas du tout bruyant , propriétaires très discrets . Cuisine bien équipée . Vaste parking .Seul petit bémol ; les parquets craquent un peu sous les pas mais ce détail n' a rien de rédhibitoire .

Une maison exceptionnelle à 2 pas du centre de Prades

Le gîte est attenant à la superbe maison du propriétaire qui est très aimable, accueillant et arrangeant ! Ce gîte est très bien équipé avec deux belles chambres, il est très agréable à vivre. Il est tout proche à pieds du centre de Prades, c'est une localisation idéale pour découvrir les charmes innombrables de la région. Je recommande vraiment !
