For rent by the week in Arcachon Aiguillon area, charming apartment of 35 m2 renovated in 2019 air-conditioned feet in the water, sea view, with direct access to the beach (1st line), it is located on the ground floor with a terrace of 30 m2. The coastal path passes the apartment, possibility of parking easily nearby even in high season.

1 bathroom with shower, hairdryer.
Separate toilet.
1 Kitchen equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, induction hob, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine
1 living room with BZ convertible bed 140, TV, vacuum cleaner and iron.
The living room overlooks the terrace with breathtaking views over the Arcachon basin, equipped with a table and 4 chairs and deckchairs to eat outside, facing the sea.

Quilt, pillows, mattress pads supplied and changed between each tenant, for optimal hygiene.

Un appartement exceptionnel de par sa localisation et de son amenagement tout confort . Une grande terrasse vue exceptionnelle sur le bassin , petit banc de sable juste devant on se croirait sur une plage privée .. Nous avons regarde tous les jours la déambulation d une aigrette juste au bord de l eau : une ballerine ...du calme , de la sérénité ...un appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût tout confort , bien équipé ( une télé dans salon , une dans chambre ) , four , micro onde , lave vaisselle , lave linge , plaque cuisson , frigo congélateur , climatisation , une douche spacieuse adaptée pour personnes âgées , un stationnement gratuit dans la rue adjacente toujours disponible .....tout cela a 6mn en voiture d Arcachon centre. Hübsches Apartment mit schöner großer Terrasse direkt am Strand gelegen. Nur ein kleiner Weg trennt die Terrasse von einem kleinen Strand. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Super séjour

Je conseille fortement cette location. Nous y avons passé une semaine en couple avec un enfant , la situation de l’appartement donnant sur le bassin, la vue , les commerces de l’aiguillon a 10 mn à pied , une cabane à huîtres à 30 seconde à pied , enfin tout y est . L'hôte est agréable , toujours souriant et à toujours répondu à nos messages sans tarder , vous pouvez y aller les yeux. L’appartement est très propre, très bien équipé . Le rez de chaussé est un plus car il a une grande terrasse qui permet de manger en extérieur et finalement la petite ruelle étant interdite aux voitures , il n’y a que quelques personnes qui se baladent et ça contribue à la bonne ambiance estivale de ce petit coin préservé . Merci aux hôtes , c’etait Super 👍
