About this property

Adorable, detached, carriage guest house in a quiet, wooded setting.

Adorable, furnished apartment offers quiet solitude and privacy, yet fast access to all local attractions. Approximately 5 minutes to Sentara Hospital at Princess Anne and the Virginia Beach Municipal Center, 10 minutes to many shopping centers and restaurants, and only 15 to 25 minutes to Interstate, Beaches, International Airport, and Virginia Beach Town Center.

This bright and airy apartment with a private entrance has a large Living Area, Kitchen, large Bedroom ( two queen beds) with a large walk-in closet and a full Bathroom. Hardwood and tile floors throughout and ready for move in. Please note that we have a NO PET POLICY.

Washer and dryer are inside the apartment. Electric and Internet included.

This home is a separate building on a small farm, 150 feet from the main residence. With daily truck deliveries, it is not conducive to children, but makes a great quiet home for a single person, traveling nurses, and traveling contractors.

This is a minimum 30 day rental agreement.
