Upscale gated community of Playacar, 30 minutes south of Cancun Airport. Three large bedrooms with king beds and private ensuites, 1/2 bath on the main floor, completely equipped kitchen (granite counters, stainless appliances) complete laundry, over 2500 square feet, maid service Mon, Wed & Friday. Large balconies, overlooking a PGA style golf course, large pool and cabana. Newly built and furnished fall of 2005, big screen TV and a TV in each bedroom, luxuriously appointed throughout. Central air with individual controls in each room. Satellite TV, free long distance, computer and internet. Enjoy world class diving nearby, visit the archaeological sites or haggle at the local market. We will exceed your expectations! This is our personal villa and it has absolutely everything you will want on your holiday.
