THE RESIDENCE
I propose you a holiday rental in a residence of STANDING at the edge of the lagoon of Saint-Cyprien, 2 min from the beach and 150 m from a charming shopping center: bakery, butcher, fishmonger, press, restaurant, bars , fruits and vegetables, local wine producer, pizzeria, restaurants, .... APARTMENT
Spacious, quiet and bright, the luxury apartment, completely renovated in 2018, enjoys panoramic views of the lagoon and boats, as well as 4 beautiful bedrooms. It can accommodate up to 10 people (ideally 8 adults and 2 children). Its surface is 110 m2 with in addition, a splendid covered terrace of 30 m2 very well exposed.
KITCHEN: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, vitroceram, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, plancha, and crockery and glasses. French window opening onto terrace.
TERRACE: 30m2, 6 people sofas and table for 8 to 10 guests
STAY wide and bright with large LED TV, large table and sofa quality. Large windows overlooking terrace.
ROOMS: Bedroom 1: double bed of 160cm with cupboard. Bay window overlooking the terrace. Bedroom 2: bunk bed (2x90x200) with wardrobe. Bedroom 3: 160cm bed. Bedroom 4: 140cm bed and a 160cm sofa bed with a real mattress. 3 bedrooms have views of the lagoon and boats.

2 Italian-style shower rooms, washbasins, cupboards, 2 toilets (1 separate).
LAUNDRY: washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. Baby equipment at your disposal (chair, bed, cutlery).
Each room has heating, cupboards / storage, electric shutters.

The large and long sandy beach is nearby. Beach clubs and deckchairs available.

27 holes golf, minigolf, 10 minutes with possibility of training courses and private lessons.
Along the marina, nice walk to the center of the resort where you will find restaurants, shops, and entertainment such as rides, night market, concerts, ...
Market: 2 times a week from May to October. One of the largest in the region.
Collioure, the pearl of the Vermeille coast is located 15 minutes by car. Port Vendres, Banyuls, Spain at 1/2 hour, Le Perthus and / or La Jonquera, to do some shopping.
A little further Font Romeu ski resort located 100km. The ski area is quite nice with black runs galore .. There is also the Andorra resort further afield with the added attraction of zero-rated products such as cigarettes and alcohol ...
Very easy access by car. TGV station in Perpignan (20 minutes by car or bus). Girona Airport (1:15) and Barcelona (2 hours).
