Saint Cyprien - La Maison de Virginie 5 nights

A versatile property that provided a perfect base for our family of 5. The private pool wasn't overlooked, it was a short work to the well stocked Spa shop, or the beach and the various beach clubs from less eat out at 5 minutes away. With a short drive, Collioure and Plage de Paulilles were nice beach days out during the stay. Barcelona was only 2 hours drive away, so a nice contrast to conclude the holiday before the long drive north back to London UK.

Lovely villa

A lovely property. Very clean and well-kept. Almost too big for the two of us! Perhaps a few DVDs would have been helpful, as well as a few more bins! Deposit was a bit steep, but otherwise a lovely villa.

We've just got back from a great week in St.Cyprien-Plage. The property exceeded our expectations and the host, M.Claudel, was very informative with his recommendations and the local contact, Laurence, was prompt on both arrival and departure and a very nice lady. The heated swimming pool was a welcome relief from the very warm, Autumn, afternoon sun We know this area well so we came to relax but if you are looking for sport activities, this place has it In abundance. Every water sport you can think of plus waterparks, equestrian centres, Golf courses, paragliding, cycling, Diving, Fishing. There are some good seafood restaurants, at the port, plus plenty of restaurants and amenities, close to the property. However, there are loads of brilliant local markets, virtually on any day of the week, so if you like to cook the local fresh produce, you will find everything you'll require, close by. The cooking facilities in the villa are excellent with two kitchens and fridges plus plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. This location is a great base for exploring the Pyrenees-Orientales region and I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends or family. I look forward to going back again soon.

Perfekt für einen Urlaub am Meer

Wir sind etwas früher angekommen und konnten problemlos einchecken. Der Hausmeister war sehr nett und hat uns alles kurzerhand erklärt.Das Haus ist ein Juwel von der Lage her, man ist kurzerhand auf dem Markt, und am Strand. Leider weist es auch schon Gebrauchsspuren auf und könnte im inneren etwas gepflegter sein, aber da haben wir vielleicht auch andere Erwartungen. Der Pool und Garten waren top und haben uns viel Spass bereitet. Ein Steingrill ist auch vorhanden.Leider gab es solange wir da waren viele Steckmücken, aber das war überall so, egal ob am Strand, im Garten, oder bei was auch immer. Bei Anliegen irgendwelcher Art wurde auch gleich geholfen. Der Vermieter kam sogar um uns zu verabschieden. Es gibt mehrer Fahrräder mit denen man Ausflüge unternehmen kann, leider werden diese tagtäglich mit dem Rasensprenger geduscht:)Grundstück ist gut abzuschließen und ein Auto kann innerhalb geparkt werden. Es gibt mehrere Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und 2 zusätzliche Toiletten, 2 Küchen und entsprechende Ausstattung.

La Maison de Virginie a su répondre à nos attentes. Merci énormément à l’Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant de Daniel disponible au moindre souci tout en restant discret tout au long du séjour. Parking privé. Endroit calme +++ Il y a énormément de matériel disponibles sur place autant dans le séjour, dans la cuisine Il n'y a plus qu'à ramener le strict nécessaire dans sa valise.Lit confortable un grand + On a pu profiter de 10 jours au calme avec ce jardin magnifique au bord de la piscine et la proximité de la mer au top !!!! et je remercie Cyrille d’avoir accepté mes deux loulous Merci beaucoup ! 😊 🐶🐶 pour votre confiance Nous gardons un très beau souvenir dans votre bien

De très bonnes vacances!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Maison bien placée, à la limite entre la plage surveillée et celle non surveillée, parfait pour les promenades avec le chien. Propriétaire et conciergerie extrêmement réactifs en cas de question / souci. Juste une précision: nous avons loué la maison pour 6 personnes et dans ce cas, vous n’avez « que » la salle de bain avec douche, alors que sur les photos il y en a une avec baignoire. Je précise pour ceux qui viendraient éventuellement avec un bébé.

Une très belle semaine...mais quelques couacs !

Belle maison confortable, heureusement avec la climatisation et une piscine très appréciable, même si quelques points négatifs anormaux ont besoin d'être énoncés pour une location d'un tel standing : l'annonce est imprécise quant à l'état insalubre des vélos (rouillés, toiles d'araignée, pas d'éclairage et pneu dégonflé). Ils dépannent bien juste pour aller au port ! La cafetière n'avait pas été nettoyée à notre arrivée. Les produits d'entretien sont quasi inexistants, papier toilette, produit vaisselle, c'est un strict minimum ! Le spot de la piscine est resté H.S toute la semaine malgré l'intervention de la conciergerie, dommage pour les photos ! Surprise aussi à notre arrivée, la salle de bain avec baignoire n'est pas disponible (annonce imprécise). Point important qui n'est pas mentionné clairement dans l'annonce sur la présence d'un lit superposé (aucune photo). Réception wifi de mauvaise qualité. Pour nos yeux et nos oreilles, le store de la terrasse manque d'entretien et de graissage. Quelques améliorations à apporter sur la rénovation voire le renouvellement de certains équipements extérieurs. Côté pratique, une desserte à côté du barbecue serait un plus, et quatre transats, c'est insuffisant quand on est 6 ! En somme, une location de vacances hors-saison (début juin) un peu trop chère pour les prestations proposées.

Excellent séjour à Saint Cyprien

La maison est très bien située à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage et de la promenade du bord de mer jusqu'au port. L'environnement est calme et les commerces de bouche se trouvent à proximité. Nous avons apprécié les nombreux équipements de la maison, le confort de la literie et surtout les 5 vélos pour les balades aux alentours.

Pour des vacances idéales !

Maison rassemblant tous les points positifs pour passer d’excellentes vacances : environnement très calme très proche de la plage, piscine dans un beau cadre fleuri, maison équipée au top, accès très facile à pied ou à vélo au port, aux restaurants et aux commerces. Que de compliments pour cette Villa: Grande piscine Beau séjour Cuisine bien équipée Chambres spacieuses Équipements ( clim / TV/ etc ) Nous avons été également très surpris sur l espace de la villa qui peut accueillir 12 personnes ( nous étions 4 🤣?) Situation proche de la mer et commerces ... Nous avons également apprécié les vélos mis a disposition. A notre grande surprise, le propriétaire nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et nous a donné plein de conseils utiles ( adresses, restaurants, visites, etc ).
