Located on the residential end of Broughton Street, guests will enjoy being steps away from all of the attractions this side of town has to offer. Accommodating up to 8 people, Villa on Broughton Main has something to offer for each guest in your party.

Once inside you’ll find large, light-filled windows, reclaimed hardwood floors throughout and adorned with a modern Italian vibe that is relaxing yet refined.

The kitchen offers plenty for families wanting to prepare a large meal, fully equipped with stunning countertops, and new stainless steel appliances. Heading to the back of the home, you will find a private sitting room. Right out back you'll find the private courtyard, fit with greenery and comfortable furnishings.

Two bedrooms can be found upstairs on the second floor. The primary bedroom is ideal for parents wishing to keep their children close, as one of the sleeper sofas is located in the lofted room above the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has sliding doors to a small balcony overlooking the courtyard, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom can be found toward the front of the home, which also offers its own ensuite bathroom.

After a day of exploration, come home to relaxing with cocktail in hand in the private courtyard or the rooftop patio. From here you’ll enjoy a panoramic view of the city.

Villa on Broughton Main is located in the highly coveted neighborhood within the historic district just minutes from the bustling end of Broughton Street and Savannah’s remarkable shops, sights and culinary scene. Just a short walk of two streets you’ll find the attractions of City Market, Bay and River Streets.

We had a pickup truck and had to park catty-corner and barely fit in. There were plenty of dishes and the entire place was spotless. We would definitely stay here again. It was very comfortable.

A light was out and Lucky Savannah fixed it immediately - very responsive! Enjoy!

Reviewer Comments: This is a really nice vacation rental in a great location, just a few blocks walk from tons of restaurants, bars and shops on Broughton Street and not far from the river either. The home is very nice with a newly remodeled kitchen and lots of space. One thing to note is that one of the bathrooms only has a jacuzzi tub with a sprayer instead of a full shower. This was great for me but some people may want to know about it ahead of time. The other bathroom had a shower with steam room that was really wonderful. The patio was great too.We had a couple of issues with our home while we were there but they were resolved immediately. This gave me a lot of confidence in Lucky Savannah and I would definitely rent from them again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lucky Savannah put the safety of my family at risk and completely ruined our 10 year anniversary. The worst part is that they told us that they would reimburse us for some of our stay "because they know they dropped the ball" and now will not take our calls or return them. We rented the property called, Villa on Broughton (Main). Nothing on the listing suggests that this is a shared rental. In fact, it mentioned the word "private" a bunch of times. That is why we went with this unit. They rented out a portion of the property that we were renting with the stranger having access to our entire rental and our car. In turn, we also had complete access to the other renter's property. We felt totally violated, uncomfortable, and unsafe our entire stay. My wife and I were there with our two year old and can not BELIEVE the unprofessional and unsafe circus that they are running. The only thing lucky about this company is the fact that they are still in business. Give your money to a company/host that cares about their guests, not just the dollar.

And it was a nice respite for our SCAD student to break away from her student housing for a few days. It was especially nice for her because the second bedroom was the one with a SHOWER! That’s right, mom and dad had to use her room if they wanted a shower. The perks of this place were awesome!— a garage to park in, nooks to read or watch TV in (even a 3rd floor loft/office!). My only suggestion would be to add a shower to the master bathroom/tub space. Other than that, the place was divine!

Nice property but has some issues

Having 2 master suites was great and the property is smartly furnished and decorated. We felt safe walking in the area since we didn’t have a car. But would have been nice to know about the free shuttle around the historic district which we discovered on our last day. It was generally quiet except for a group of neighbors out on their patio one nite right by my bedroom windows. Finally went out at 11PM and asked them to take it inside. Some suggestions for the owner: We would have liked to have a hand towel and soap in the powder room ( only 2 hand towels and 2 small soap bars but there are 3 bathrooms) a working light in the master toilet room (lit only by a nite light) , working overhead lights and a working TV in the sun room, and fitted sheet that is big enough to stay on a deep mattress (kept coming off). Also prospective renters should know that only 1 bathroom has a shower. The other had a deep jetted tub with a hand held sprayer (on the tub not the wall). Not usable by 70 year old women! There was a large section of Broughton St completely torn up for resurfacing. It was dirty and difficult to walk around. Had we known we would have stayed on the west side where most of the good restaurants and shopping is anyway.

We contacted Lucky Savannah VRBO And were advised of places that were available. We chose the Villa at Broughton Street and had a fantastic five day stay at this home. it was beautifully decorated, warm and cozy, spacious, lots of amenities such as dishes and towels and silverware and everything. We were extremely comfortable and felt that we could have stayed here for a much longer time what it felt like we were at home. The Lucky Savannah people were amazing, knowledgeable, pleasant, full of good ideas of things we could do during our stay....just absolutely amazing. I would recommend this Villa and also recommend using Lucky Savannah VRBO. We will certainly contact them again for our next vacation in the south. I give this place and the renting agency five stars all across the board. Thanks for making our vacation perfect.

I am very picky over cleanliness and this place met what I expected - very clean. Only a few things we were disappointed in - one the dryer quit working the first time I tried to use it. We only had 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person. So, we couldn't wash them unless we let them hang to dry. They came to fix it on our second day but didn't succeed. I realize some things cannot be helped, but if there were a few more towels. They did bring some, but it was late before arriving. We had a minor issue with the garage door. The remote wouldn't work. There was a cord my husband pulled to get it to work. We did pay to park another vehicle on the street - paying by an app was very convenient. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Beautiful home

This place was absolutely beautiful and it was so big! Great location. I was pleasantly surprised to find that we could play the stereo through the entire house with the intercom system built in. The patio out back and the rooftop deck was beautiful! The spiral stairs up to the roof were a nice touch but a little steep (as spiral staircases are). The garage was a great size and very clean. It was a little confusing because we had our house and then a patio and then another building holding the garage and rooftop deck. We were surprised to learn that there was another apartment above the garage. Another guest was staying in the apartment connected to our garage but they have a separate entrance so we never saw them. Once we figured out the layout it all made sense. It was pouring down rain when we arrived so they let us in as early as they could! I’m we had a great experience with lucky savannah and our house was perfect!

Neighbors constantly complained about music. It was 430pm on a weekend and got a noise complaints which is ridiculous. Other than that the house was amazing.
