Two story cape cod style home in the heart of Old Madaket. Large yard for croquet or cocktails, ten minute walk from Millie’s and Madaket Beach. Town dock at the corner of the yard.

Four bedrooms and 3 baths. Upstairs: Master bedroom, king size bed and private bath. Two bedrooms upstairs share a full bath; two twin beds in one room, one queen and single trundle bed in other. Downstairs: queen sofa convertible bed with private bath.

Internet, cable TV, air-conditioning. Steps from shuttle bus to town.

Absolutely idyllic Nantucket stay!

My husband, 4 month old and 2 labs stayed here and we had the best time. The house was quite spacious and so cozy. The yard was perfect for the dogs to run around and the neighborhood was so nice to stroll around. Absolutely would stay here again! Thank you!

Great Stay.

House is large and clean. Plenty of room to spread out. Great location a short walk to the beach. Amazing sunset views from the house. Kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of towels and blankets. We had a wonderful week.

Calm and Peace

The property was as advertised. An incredible santuncuary away from the noise. The maintenace and cleaning staff excellent. I spent about 3 months simply enjoying a most beautiful island and taking short trips through New England. Very good hosts. Only good things to say about the property and experience.

Wonderful family home

Beautiful property situated close to two beaches (walking distance). House was fully equipped, beautiful garden with a grill outside which we used often. We definitely will come again!

This has been our parents home since 1992, they built it in 1985. Our father grew up spending summers in the house in front of ours - and we (four of us) spent summers in a small cottage behind our home.

This is the first time we have rented the home so we've discounted it while we improve the property and paint etc. Give us feedback!

We love Old Madaket - avoid the hassle of town and enjoy the beach, moors, and harbor. Relax, read, walk, swim and enjoy.
