Quiet, secluded 2nd floor home with spacious yard. Two bedroom mid island. Fully furnished with extra bedding, towels, beach towels, and plenty of storage has a great second floor deck overlooking the State Forest. 750 square foot space. Fully furnished with extra bedding, towels, beach towels, and plenty of storage for bikes & surfboards. Parking for 2 cars. Has a full size kitchen with open dining room & living room,
Has a large bathroom with shower/tub, Double sinks, double vanity with plenty of storage above and below. Washer/dryer which is in the bathroom. Outside shower ans hose. It’s a very quiet, cozy place. 1 mile from town, Surfside and Nobadeer Beach. Boy Scout camp and disk golf course right next door.
Sleeps three. Can sleep more upon request.
Extra charge for cleaning and more than three persons. 1 mile from town. 1 mile to Surfside beach or Nobadeer beach 1 mile to the airport, one and a half miles to the brewery! Centrally located and a perfect Quiet location.

Excellent

We were very happy with our long term stay. The living space is very well equipped and newly renovated. The location is secluded and beautiful. The homeowner couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about this experience.

Great stay and wonderful people!

I booked this rental very last minute due to my dog needing extra care and having to bring her with me. I could not have been more happy with my long weekend. The property was clean, centrally located and as described in the listing. The yard was enormous and perfect for my small dog. Very cute deck with a pretty floral window box and the kitchen had everything you would need. The apartment is above the garage and the garage is separated from the main house so it feels like it's own property with nice privacy. Overall it was a pleasure to stay there. The owners were so wonderful and accommodating and you could not find nicer people!! I highly recommend staying here!!
