Large 45m² living room with 3 French windows, sitting area with closed fireplace, dining area, fitted kitchen with island and direct access to a wooden terrace at the rear of the house with no overlooked neighbours.
Fitted with
fridge-freezer, induction hob, electric oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine, electric radiators, television.
Bedroom 1 (2.97x3.70): 1 x 160cm bed.
Bedroom 2 (2.87 x 3.70): 2 single beds.
Bedroom 3 (3x2.90): 1 double bed.
All bedrooms have French windows opening onto the outside.
Shower room: large washbasin and walk-in shower. Separate WC.

Completely renovated villa, pleasantly furnished and situated in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the hustle and bustle of summer, halfway between the shops in the village of Soorts and Hossegor town centre. Attractive wooden terrace, partly covered, with barbecue, plancha, garden tables and armchairs.

Household linen not included. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Une villa qui porte bien son nom !

Une jolie petite maison très bien agencée pour la surface. Nous étions 6 adultes, ou presque, et nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise. Les propriétaires ont très bien équipé la maison et nous n’avons manqué de rien. Bel endroit pour se reposer au calme, et ainsi profiter les pins et de la plage… Petit bémol, la maison est très humide, surtout dans une chambre où le déshumidificateur, très efficace d’ailleurs, est indispensable. Nous recommandons cette maison 👍

La maison est bien équipée et située dans une zone calme, dans la forêt, entre la plage et le bourg de Soort Hossegor. La région est superbe et les activités peuvent être très variées! Très bonnes vacances familiales.
