This 3,200 sq. ft newer ocean-view home is directly across from the beach. Relax in the private second story pool facing the ocean. 5+ bedrooms on 3 stories sleep 12 comfortably. Equipped with hi-speed WiFi; Cable TV; a large elevator and full kitchen, designed to pamper your family.

Perfect for families. Immaculately decorated with marble tile, hardwood floors, Oriental rugs, spacious bathrooms, walk-in closets. Second and third floors have private balconies overlooking ocean. Second floor balcony opens onto pool deck and patio. Fully equipped, modern kitchen has spacious pantry, wood cabinetry and tons of granite counter top--making cooking a pleasure. A breakfast bar with luxe barstools encourages the gang to linger. Or dine al fresco on the 2nd story balcony with 2 roundtops seating 8.

The first floor has a 2 car garage, half bath, elevator. The 2nd floor dining and living rooms have decorative fireplace and opens onto the balcony/deck. Two Queen bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped laundry room with new washer/dryer and utility sink and cabinets. New beds and linens provided. Also a queen size pullout. The kitchen has new gas stove, new refrigerator and new high end dishwasher.

The third floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which connect to the large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The Master Bedroom boasts 800 sq ft with a wet bar and sitting area. Two huge walk-in closets and hall lead to the luxurious master bath complete with tub, separate shower and water closet. Two additional bedrooms share the floor (1 Queen; 1 Full) and another full bathroom. That's 12 people in the 5+ beds.

The pool is very private and just the right size for cooling off after a hot summer day.

No smoking is permitted on the property. The owner welcomes you to our home and is available by phone for any issues and there is a local repair team and a top cleaning crew. Linens and towels provided. Beach chairs and toys may be available. The house feels more like a home than a 'rental property.' We only rent 4 weeks/year, so don't delay--dates book very quickly.

A large elevator services all 3 floors and the property is easily accessible with only one small step to enter.

Atlantic Views is on a very private street just across from the immaculate secluded beach. No condos, hotels, or commercial activity. Direct beach access is less than 120 feet away through a pristine dune path. You will share Butler/Crescent Beach only with other homes on this upscale street.

The Administrative Fee is used to cover the credit card charge imposed by VRBO. The Property Fee is the tax charged by St. Johns County which we are obliged to collect and remit to the Tax Collector. VRBO does not collect the county tax. Checkout is Saturday or earlier with a minimum 5 night stay. No Sunday checkout. Check-in after 4pm to allow sufficient cleaning time and anti-COVID measures.
