The outdoor space is the start of this beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool, putt putt and gazebo swing areas immensely. The front deck areas were gorgeous and relaxing at night. Overall a beautiful home.

Our family had a lot of fun. We enjoyed the really large pool and the golfing out back and the kids loved the ping pong table. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Would recommend to anyone.

This property is really close to the beach and therefore an excellent beach retreat. The backyard pool is gigantic!! Our grandchildren loved it. We actually wish we could have stayed longer.

The house was perfect for our large family. Wonderful amenities! We highly recommend taking the short walk to the beach an hour or two before dark because of the amazing colors as the sun goes down. The host was very responsive and helpful with questions we had about the area. We would definitely stay there again. Mark

We had a wonderful stay at the Captain’s Oasis Beach Retreat. The house is spacious, nicely appointed and has everything your family will need for a comfortable stay. The backyard is great with a large pool, nice seating area, fire pit and putting green. The ocean, which you can see from the house, is a short walk away.

The Beach house was wonderful! We had plenty of room for our family. There were 10 of us, 2 of them being children. Also, the swimming pool was very nice. You usually do not find a pool of that size at a VRBO rental house. We met the owners/caretakers. Great people! We truly enjoyed our stay.

This home has everything a large family would need. We had so much fun on the putting green and pool. Ocean is a short walk. Lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. There were toys in the storage box outside for the pool. The ping pong table and other game was also tons of entertainment. Highly recommend this home!! Restaurants were 5-10 minute drive. Book it!!!

This is a great property located close to the beach access making it easy to get to and from the beach. The home was clean and bright. Temperature control was tough but we worked it out. The pool was great and clean and there were pool toys in storage container for the children. There is an iron and ironing board in the master (just fyi). The beds were too hard for our preference but again, we worked it out. We would 100% stay at Captain's Oasis again, even with the hard beds it’s just that good

Thank you again for choosing us for your stay! Information about the thermostat range is provided to guests before booking. We have had many compliments on the beds at the home, it is difficult to please all guests when it comes to mattress firmness. We are so glad you enjoyed our home in St. Augustine and we hope to host you again.

House was magnificent with more room for our family than we could imagine. The pool was very clean and nice to relax in after a day at the beach. The beach was just steps away from the house, across the street. Very clean property. Our family loved the ping pong table and shuffle board as well. Can’t wait to stay here again!
