Bright and cozy apartment in the Solaro district located inside the Residence Nereidi. In a hilly area with excellent sea view and, as the name suggests, sunny. The apartment sleeps 4 people, is equipped with a kitchen with all the necessary utensils including a grill-microwave oven, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a garden terrace with a 360-degree sea view where it is possible to have lunch and dinner. The residence has an outdoor pool, games room, table football, Ping-Pong, a multi-purpose common room with television and a children's playground. Sehr schöne Aussicht, die Anlage (Eingangsbereich und Treppenhaus) aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen, d.h. Dunkel und ungepflegt. Die Küche ist ok, Bad und Schlafzimmer viel zu beengt, außerdem hat das Schlafzimmer nur eine Luke zum Treppenhaus. Die Terrasse ist schön, es gab aber nur eine kaputte Liege und vier Klappstühle.Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, daher dafür keine Bewertung.

Tout était conforme à l'annonce. Le contact très facile et efficace avec Marcella. Le dernier bus pour remonter à l'appartement (19h30) nous a obligés à utiliser la voiture en soirée.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Sanremo, wozu auch die Unterkunft beigetragen hat. Alles sehr praktisch und unkompliziert. Besonders war die Aussicht. Durch die Lage war man nicht auf das Auto angewiesen.

Wiŕ hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. In der Wohnung ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht war super von der Terrasse und Garten. Der Pool war eine schöne Abkühlung und es war nie viel los. Der steile Berg von der Stadt bis in die Wohnung war etwas anstrengend, aber machbar. Alles in allem aber super schön!

Belle vue sur la mer, le seul bémol, une des plages est à seulement 14 minutes certe ( à pieds)mais la côte du retour est très très abrupte Ne convient donc pas à des personnes âgées ( pour la plage je parle) Sinon notre sejour s'est très très bien passé Marcella est très gentille et très à l'écoute

In der Wohnung von Marcella fehlt es an nichts, denn sie ist genau so, wie beschrieben und gut ausgestattet. Auch eine Klimaanlage (die bei Kälte auch heizt) ist vorhanden. In dem reinen Appartmenthaus war es extrem ruhig, denn wir hatten das Gefühl, dass in der Vorsaison 17.-27.5. fast niemand dort gewohnt hat. Das war wohl der Grund, dass der schöne Pool bis zu unserer Abreise leider nicht offen hatte. Wie hier schon geschrieben, ist die Tiefgarage nichts für ungeübte Autofahrer mit etwas tieferen Autos (SUV kein Problem), da die einzelnen Ebenen extrem steil sind. Für uns allerdings kein Problem trotz recht niedrigem Elektroauto. Wer mit dem Elektroauto nach San Remo kommt, kein Problem: es gibt in der Stadt, z.B. am Bahnhof einige AC-Ladesäulen bzw. im benachbarten Ospedaletti einen DC-Lader. Daumen hoch für diese nette kleine Wohnung!

Schöne sonnige Ostertage in Sanremo

Kleine, saubere Wohnung mit kompletter Einrichtung für den täglichen Selbstversorgungs-Gebrauch. Mega Sicht auf das Meer von der Wohnküche und der Terrasse. Pool hatte leider zu Ostern noch zu. Unser Sohn hätte gerne drin gebadet. Vorsicht bei der Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage! Sehr steile Abfahrt - wir haben direkt am 1.Tag mit unserem Kombi aufgesetzt und danach nur noch draussen geparkt. Ansonsten kontaktfreies CheckIn/Out und sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation über WhatsApp mit der Besitzerin. Danke Marcella

Klein aber fein :-)

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche! Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, aber mit dem Garten, dem Pool (Badekappenpflicht) und dem Gemeinschaftsraum mit Kicker, Tischtennis und Billard absolut ausreichend. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse aus ist großartig! Die Tiefgarage ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht ganz einfach zu befahren. Der Weg zur Promenade war für uns kein Problem, wir haben es aber bevorzugt am Abend wieder den Berg hochzulaufen, da war es deutlich angenehmer. Kleiner Tipp: Wenn es dunkel ist, die Wände am Weg entlang gut beobachten, da sitzen immer viele Geckos ;-) Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und es war nie viel los! Es war generell angenehm leise, im Gegensatz zur Promenade mit den Millionen Vespas ;-) Ein kleiner freier Strandabschnitt liegt neben dem "Bagni Foce Levante", hier haben wir Abends auf den Steinen Pizza vom Pizza-Express gegenüber vom Coop gegessen. Die war lecker und die Preise waren auch gut! Wenn man nicht zu spät am Abend unterwegs ist, gibt es ein paar Meter neben dem Coop eine leckere Eisdiele "Gelateria Vecchia Matuzia". In der Innenstadt ist es sehr schwierig einen Tisch zu bekommen, wenn man nicht reserviert hat. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub, vielen Dank dafür!

Eine schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist schon, super Blick von der Terrasse, deutsche Sender über Sat Receiver ( Astra), leider war dafür keine Fernbedienung, es gibt auch einen 80cm Fernseher, Küche ist ausreichend . Wir sind immer mit dem Auto zum Strand Tre Ponti Beach ( freier Abschnitt, Sand, Parken 0,50€/h ) gefahren, sonst ist der Weg zurück schon anstrengend. WLAN für Netflix, usw. war gut. Für den Pool braucht man einen Haarnetz oder Badehaube, kann man auch in der Wohnung kaufen. Man muss auch eine Ortstaxe 1,50€ Nacht Erw. zahlen.

Schöne Umgebung

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Sehr schöne Umgebung, alles in der Nähe was man braucht. Angrenzend an Frankreich. Wir kommen wieder ☺️ Einziges Manko, die Garage war im 3. untergeschoß und es ging sehr steil Berg auf und runter sodass das Auto unten beschädigt wurde. Es war einfach nicht zu vermeiden.

The apartment is wonderful...everything you need in a vacation home is there and it's super clean. I found the location ideal. In 15minutes one can reach Sanremo by foot. And the view from the garden is a heavenly! If there are any problems, the contact person is very responsive and helpful. I will definitely book here again!!

Rundum angenehm und empfehlenswert!

Kleines nettes Studio mit schöner Terrasse und eigenem Garten. Der Pool ist genauso schön, wie auf dem Bild dargestellt und war nicht überfüllt. Die Strände und die Stadt sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, allerdings sind einige Höhenmeter zu überwinden. Der Parkplatz im Parkhaus ist schattig und nahe der Wohnung, allerdings ist ein kurzer Radstand vorteilhaft. Es war eine ruhige Umgebung, so dass wir uns gut erholt haben. Vielen Dank an Marcella!

Vista fantastica. Esta bastante apartado del centro, bastante arriba en la montaña por lo que la vista es bonita. Fuimos a finales de abril. Se sentia la humedad y por la noche hacia frio. Es claramente un apartamento de verano. La cama es muy dura, el sofa cama imposible... incluso para los niños. Tiene un termo minimo, justo para dos duchas muy rapidas... 4 ni soñarlo. Marcella, la propietaria es un encanto. Se preocupa e intenta ir solucionando los problemas que van surgiendo. Gracias Marcella!

Superschöne Wohnung mit Meerblick und Garten

Unsere Familie war sehr zufrieden und glücklich in der Wohnung. Wir haben allerdings immer das Auto benutzt um hoch und runter vom Berg zu fahren . Laufen könnte man auch, wir waren zu faul:) Die Wohnung ist sehr gut mit allem was nötig ist, eingerichtet. Herausforderung war: die Waschmaschine zu finden. Die Kinder und wir waren vom dem „Versteck“ beeindruckt:))) Super tolle Idee. Garage hat prima funktioniert. Man soll mit einem Sportwagen nicht ganz nach unten fahren. Billard und Tischfußball haben wir jeden Tag gespielt, sogar unsere 7-jährige hat es geschafft! Wir würden gerne wieder kommen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Ferien!
