About this property
T2 Garden Apartment
New T2 apartment of 45 m2.
Modern decoration, very bright, a big terrace, a raised garden of 60 m2 as well as a privatory place of parking in a small very calm residence close to the airport 5 min, the beach of the MARANA 15 min, the golf of St Florent 30 min, from the city center of bastia 15 min (by car), and all the amenities very close (on foot).
Car recommended for all your trips and visits in Corsica.
My young cat is present in the apartment.
There are croquettes at will, your only responsibility is to leave open the bay window so that the cat can come in and out at will because there is no litter and fill this bowl of croquettes and only a little water.
The apartment and its equipment are at your disposal, only a few cupboards are with my personal belongings.
I provided the bed sheets as well as the bath towels.
