Es war einfach toll sehr komfortabel mit privaten Strand vor der Tür, gut ausgestattete Apartment mit allem Bequemlichkeit. Kommunikation top und blitzschnell, trotz kleine Sprachbariere (wir sprechen leider kein französisch und englisch ist bei uns auch schwach)In der Nähe Supermarkt .Ausgangspunkt um Korsika zu erkunden einfach perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.Wir haben uns in diese Insel verliebt

Logement agréable

Logement agréable face à la mer, calme dans une résidence très propre. Une plage assez réduite au pied de la résidence, il faut être équipé de chaussons car il y a des cailloux a franchir. Le logement est très bien équipé. TV wifi, clim terrasse avec store bien agréable !tout est conforme

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit wunderbarem Meerblick

Die Wohnung war top. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer atemberaubend. Der kleine Sparmarkt mit sehr guten und frischen Sachen sowie ein Bäcker direkt um die Ecke machten das Leben sehr bequem (7/7 von 7 bis 21 Uhr). Schade: Der direkte Strand ist nicht richtig nutzbar, zu schmal und eine Hundekotstrecke. Wir sind immer gut 10 Minuten zu anderen Abschnitten gefahren. Abends mal Bummeln gehen, geht leider auch nicht. Da ist absolut nichts los. Also ist Balkonleben angesagt......

Quand on dit les pieds dans l'eau...

Quand on nous dit les pieds dans l'eau , c'est vraiment les pieds dans l'eau...et le bruit des vagues dans la tête pour nous bercer la nuit. Très appréciable aussi la disponibilité de Sandra et de son mari pour répondre à nos demandes.

Superbe appartement, idéal pour rayonner sur l'Est Corse

Indications de Valérie pour l'accès au logement = impeccables ! Merci Vue magnifique depuis le balcon Photos à l'identique de la réalité (aussi spacieux). Appartement propre, au calme, bien situé dans l'immeuble (de petite taille) mais bien situé également pour rayonner au nord au sud Est de la Corse et au centre. Possible de faire ses courses à pieds (SPAR et boulangerie + un resto à 200m) et centre de village à 1 km. Déco limitée = pas surchargée, de bon goût, vaisselle en quantité/qualité très correcte, literie top, toutes les commodités nécessaires, qq produits alimentaires et ménagers disponibles. Bon accueil de Sandra le 1er jour. Dispo le dernier jour pour un départ à 7H. Merci Nous recommandons ce logement. Nous étions 2 adultes dans la chambre et nos 2 ados dans le canapé lit (que nous n'avons pas eu besoin de replier tous les jours tellement le salon est grand). Du balcon on voit nos enfants dans la mer. Point d'eau au Rez de chaussée pour ne pas remonter les pieds plein de sable ;) Les 2 transats sur le balcon sont également bien utiles, de même que le store pour le petit déjeuner et déjeuner. Le soir le soleil étant de l'autre côté, on est bien ! Clim utilisée car il faisait très chaud. Bref, allez-y les yeux fermés, vous ne serez que ravis de les ouvrir. De bonnes vacances entre mer et montagne

Die Wohnung an und für sich, wie auch die Lage und Aussicht war sehr schön. Zwei Einschränkungen: Obwohl im Inserat vermerkt gab es keinen Internetanschluss, wir mussten jeweils ins Tourist Office gehen😧 TV war nur in französischer oder teilweise italienischer Sprache erhältlich ... kein Deutsch oder englisch .... dies bedeutete für uns eine relativ starke Einschränkung.

Genießen und entspannen direkt am Meer

Wir haben in dieser sehr schönen, liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung 2 Wochen im Frühsommer 2016 verbracht. Sie liegt im 2.Stock in einer kleinen und ruhigen Wohnanlage. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein großes Panoramafenster mit direktem Blick auf Strand un Meer. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit einem Fernseher und W-Lan ausgestattet. Für uns war es der ideale Ausgangspunkt für wunderbare Radtouren und Wanderungen in Hinterland so wie herrliche Stunden am Strand direkt am Haus. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und die Übergabe bzw. Abnahme der Wohnung waren äußerst angenehm und verlief reibungslos.

Superbe location

Pour commencer, un grand merci à la propriétaire pour la facilité et la rapidité des échanges. Merci également à Mr...... pour tous ses conseils et sa sympathie lors de la remise des clefs. Ces personnes sont toujours disponibles tout au long de la location. L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description, il est même plus grand que le rendu des photos ! Photos d'ailleurs excellentes qui reflètent à merveille l'environnement de l'appartement. Propreté, décoration, aménagement, équipement, situation, tout est fait pour que votre séjour soit parfait ! Le calme et le bruit de fond de la mer vont vous séduire. La vue sur la mer est simplement magnifique depuis la terrasse (grande). L'accès à la mer est très facile et surtout hyper rapide. Pas de soucis pour planter son parasol, il y a de la place et la plage est propre (nettoyage une fois par semaine). Bref, nous recommandons cette location. Encore un grand merci à tous !

Séjour Parfait !

C'est la 2ème année que nous venons dans cette location. Et pour cause ... L'appartement est très agréable, la vue magnifique, l'accès à la plage idéal et la situation parfaite pour nos activités et loisirs. De plus, nous retrouvons chaque année d'autres personnes de la résidence, enfants et adultes se côtoient et tissent des liens amicaux d'une année sur l'autre. Donc jamais 2 sans 3 ! A très bientôt et merci aux propriétaires très sympathiques.

Korsika vom Feinsten

Wir haben in diesem schmucken Apartment zwei sehr schöne Wochen im Spätsommer 2013 verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock einer kleinen, ruhigen Apartmentanlage und bietet einen großen Balkon (schon fast eine Terrasse) mit traumhaftem Blick direkt auf den Strand und das Meer. Wer gern vom Rauschen der Wellen geweckt wird, beim Balkonfrühstück den Sonnenaufgang über dem Tyrrhenischen Meer genießt und zum Baden nur die Treppen hinunter und ums Haus gehen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist mit 57 qm sehr großzügig bemessen und angemessen bis liebevoll eingerichtet. Das kleine Örtchen Santa-Lucia-Di-Moriani liegt an der vielbefahrenen N198 und damit an einer der Hauptverkehrsadern und der Nord-Süd-Achse der Insel (vom Verkehr bekommt man in der Wohnung und am Strand aber nichts mit) - dadurch ist man mit dem Auto schnell an den interessantesten Ausflugszielen, ob Bastia, Calvi, Bonifacio oder in den Bergen die übrigens auch schon nach einer Handvoll Autominuten ins Hinterland erreicht sind. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern und ihrer Repräsentantin vor Ort lief reibungslos und angenehm. Wir können dieses Apartment nur empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

C 'est la deuxiieme année que nous passons nos vacances à Santa Lucia di Moriani dans cet appartement,et nous en sommes enchantés il possede toutes les qualites requises pour passer d'excellentes vacances en bord de mer,la vue est Merveilleuse et la disposition procure un réel confort ce qui est très appréciable en été Nous le recommandons vivement.

Vacances de rêve !

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cette location cet été. L'appartement est très bien agencé et décoré. La vue est magnifique sur les îles d'Elbe et de Monte-Christo. Il est facile de se rendre à Moriani par la route ou par la plage. Malgré le mois d'août la résidence reste calme et la plage peu fréquentée. La situation est idéale pour visiter le nord, le sud ou l'ouest de l'île. Nous avons hâte d'y revenir !!!!

Notre séjour du 16/6/2012 au 30/06/2012

Nous avons passe 15 jours dans cet appartement qui est non seulement avec une vue extraordinaire mais aussi un confort qui a rendu ce séjour plus qu'agréable,l'aménagement est conçu avec beaucoup de goût ,et l'appartement est spacieux,rien que du bonheur.
