"Ty Genet" - House 8 / 10p St Pierre Quiberon - 500meters from the Wild Coast

Come and spend a real family vacation in our family haven in an area known for its proximity to the wild coast and the sand hills.

The house has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

The 900m2 garden is fully secure for children. In summer, it is equipped with a large table with chairs for sunny lunches.

You can install tents if you wish (5 € / night / additional person-maximum 12p) and park there up to 3 cars.

The kitchen is fully equipped and accessorized: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle ...

The house has WIFI.

Bed linen and towels are not provided - ask Marie to prepare if you wish (20euros per bed and 5euros bath kit)

A deposit of 500 € will be required upon arrival and will be refunded after your departure if no damage is found.

Cleaning option (120 €) to specify. If not, I ask you to return the house in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.

Smokers are welcome but on the terrace with an ashtray.

Animals are welcome.

Wir würden wieder buchen, aber…

Das Gebäude liegt etwas abgelegen, aber in guter Nähe zum Strand. Unser Hund war begeistert vom großen Grundstück, auf dem er sich frei bewegen konnte. Leider ist die Einrichtung zum Teil sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Deutsche Sender konnten nicht empfangen werden, obwohl dies bei der Übergabe gesagt wurde. Einige Dinge mussten erst grundgereinigt werden. Dennoch ein nettes Haus mit Potential!

Beau séjour

Semaine au mois d'octobre. La maison est ancienne mais dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer une bonne semaine de vacances. Le parquet à l'étage fait énormément de bruit et nous avons du refaire du ménage en arrivant. Une belle attention à notre arrivée avec des produits locaux. Les propriétaires prêtent des vélos, un barbecue, et du matériel bébé, c'est un gros plus !!! Très bon emplacement - très bon rapport qualité/prix
