Apartment 4 pers. (1st floor without elevator) ideally located in the pine forest with south-facing terrace facing the swimming pool - 2 duplex bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), dressing room, fitted and equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, plancha, multifunction microwave) , mini oven, fridge freezer, filter coffee maker and pod coffee maker, cookware and dishes), baby chair, bathroom and separate toilet, living room with 2-seater sofa bed, 2 poufs, 1 coffee table player DVD, board games and TV.

The residence
Built in pine trees, with a caretaker, guarded and secured by a barrier at the entrance and at the exit, the residence consists of houses with semi-detached gardens and 2 small one-storey buildings.
Landscaped pedestrian paths lead to the accommodation, pétanque and ping-pong play areas are available. Private swimming pool, compulsory access with bracelets, open from June to September and supervised in July and August. Numbered parking spaces inside the residence.
A few minutes walk from the center of La Palmyre (about 500 meters). All shops: supermarkets, caterers, PMU tobacco-press, postcards, pharmacy, cellar, bakery, butchers, fishmonger, many restaurants, shops, clothes, swimwear, shoes ..., port, nautical base, school of sailing, bicycle rentals, jet-ski, boats, kart, quad, horse riding, mini golf, sea trips, tree climbing, Luna park, golf ... Market on Wednesday and Sunday morning. Night market in the summer. Large cycle paths through the pine forest.
Near the beach "La Palmyre" and numerous beaches along the coast from Royan to Ronce les Bains.

The situation
La Palmyre benefits from an exceptional climate with more than 2250 hours of sunshine per year, which is as much as the French Riviera! located about 15 minutes from Royan (train station) and 1 hour from La Rochelle (train station and airport).
Many cycle paths in the pine forest will make you discover beautiful landscapes and allow you to circulate in peace with your children. The track which passes in front of the residence serves all the beaches.

Un très bel emplacement dans un bel endroit

Comme dit dans le titre l’emplacement est idéal si vous louez des vélos. Il y de très belles ballades à faire et des plages à découvrir grâce à un réseau de pistes cyclables adapté. La résidence est nickel même si évidemment comme dans tous les cas de piscine commune il n’y a pas assez de transats ( d’autant que ceux là sont vieillots)! L’appart est petit. Les chambres parents et enfants sont côte à côte sans porte pour les les séparer. Normal il n’y a pas de fenêtre dans la chambre enfant. Nous avons eu une semainede grand soleil donc pas besoin de plus grand mais ce peut être une difficulté à plus de 3 personnes. Terrasse très très agréable. Besoin de matériel plus adapté pour effectuer le ménage non prévu et l’annonce précise « linge de maison fourni » mais il ne s’agit que des housses de protection. Pas de draps, pas de serviettes, pas de torchons …. Et pas non plus de tapis de salle de bain. Pas l’habitude de le prévoir ça peut manquer !!!!

Séjour agréable et découverte d'une belle région.

Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la côte sauvage. La résidence est calme et bien entretenue avec piscine. L'accueil et les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été cordiaux.

Très bonne location !

La location est de très bonne qualité et très bien équipée (vaisselle, électroménager, couchage...). Le calme de la résidence et ses équipements (piscine, tables de ping-pong, terrain de pétanque) sont également de vrais atouts. L'entretien de la piscine est irréprochable ! La localisation de la résidence est idéale (proximité à pied ou à vélos des commerces et marché). Les échanges avec les propriétaire sont simples, faciles et rassurants. Idem avec la gardienne. Bref, rien à dire et nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
