Apartment 4 pers. (1st floor without elevator) ideally located in the pine forest with south-facing terrace facing the swimming pool - 2 duplex bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), dressing room, fitted and equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, plancha, multifunction microwave) , mini oven, fridge freezer, filter coffee maker and pod coffee maker, cookware and dishes), baby chair, bathroom and separate toilet, living room with 2-seater sofa bed, 2 poufs, 1 coffee table player DVD, board games and TV.

The residence
Built in pine trees, with a caretaker, guarded and secured by a barrier at the entrance and at the exit, the residence consists of houses with semi-detached gardens and 2 small one-storey buildings.
Landscaped pedestrian paths lead to the accommodation, pétanque and ping-pong play areas are available. Private swimming pool, compulsory access with bracelets, open from June to September and supervised in July and August. Numbered parking spaces inside the residence.
A few minutes walk from the center of La Palmyre (about 500 meters). All shops: supermarkets, caterers, PMU tobacco-press, postcards, pharmacy, cellar, bakery, butchers, fishmonger, many restaurants, shops, clothes, swimwear, shoes ..., port, nautical base, school of sailing, bicycle rentals, jet-ski, boats, kart, quad, horse riding, mini golf, sea trips, tree climbing, Luna park, golf ... Market on Wednesday and Sunday morning. Night market in the summer. Large cycle paths through the pine forest.
Near the beach "La Palmyre" and numerous beaches along the coast from Royan to Ronce les Bains.

The situation
La Palmyre benefits from an exceptional climate with more than 2250 hours of sunshine per year, which is as much as the French Riviera! located about 15 minutes from Royan (train station) and 1 hour from La Rochelle (train station and airport).
Many cycle paths in the pine forest will make you discover beautiful landscapes and allow you to circulate in peace with your children. The track which passes in front of the residence serves all the beaches.

Petit appartement suffisant pour 3. Terrasse assez grande pour manger a 3 a l aise. Par contre si il ne fait pas beau, l interieur est un peu juste pour 3. Tres bien equipé. Rien ne manque a part un grille pain. Le lave linge etait HS. Le lave linge etait en panne

L'heure de dĂ©part sur contrat (12:00) diffĂ©rente de celle prĂ©vue par la gestionnaire de location (10:00), d'oĂč une obligation un peu pressente de libĂ©rer l'appartement.

Logement situé dans une résidence agréable et trÚs bien tenue. La piscine est un vrai plus avec la surveillance d'un maßtre nageur. Elle donne face à l'appartement. On peut faire ses courses ou le marché à pieds, c'est pratique.

Un trĂšs bel emplacement dans un bel endroit

Comme dit dans le titre l’emplacement est idĂ©al si vous louez des vĂ©los. Il y de trĂšs belles ballades Ă  faire et des plages Ă  dĂ©couvrir grĂące Ă  un rĂ©seau de pistes cyclables adaptĂ©. La rĂ©sidence est nickel mĂȘme si Ă©videmment comme dans tous les cas de piscine commune il n’y a pas assez de transats ( d’autant que ceux lĂ  sont vieillots)! L’appart est petit. Les chambres parents et enfants sont cĂŽte Ă  cĂŽte sans porte pour les les sĂ©parer. Normal il n’y a pas de fenĂȘtre dans la chambre enfant. Nous avons eu une semainede grand soleil donc pas besoin de plus grand mais ce peut ĂȘtre une difficultĂ© Ă  plus de 3 personnes. Terrasse trĂšs trĂšs agrĂ©able. Besoin de matĂ©riel plus adaptĂ© pour effectuer le mĂ©nage non prĂ©vu et l’annonce prĂ©cise « linge de maison fourni » mais il ne s’agit que des housses de protection. Pas de draps, pas de serviettes, pas de torchons 
. Et pas non plus de tapis de salle de bain. Pas l’habitude de le prĂ©voir ça peut manquer !!!!

Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la cÎte sauvage. La résidence est calme et bien entretenue avec piscine. L'accueil et les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été cordiaux.

TrĂšs bonne location !

La location est de trÚs bonne qualité et trÚs bien équipée (vaisselle, électroménager, couchage...). Le calme de la résidence et ses équipements (piscine, tables de ping-pong, terrain de pétanque) sont également de vrais atouts. L'entretien de la piscine est irréprochable ! La localisation de la résidence est idéale (proximité à pied ou à vélos des commerces et marché). Les échanges avec les propriétaire sont simples, faciles et rassurants. Idem avec la gardienne. Bref, rien à dire et nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Idéal!

Location idéalement située, à proximité de tout, pas besoin de prendre la voiture et c'est ce que nous recherchions ! La résidence est propre, calme et agréable, la piscine aussi, les plages sont magnifiques. L'appartement à été bien pensé et joliement aménagé par les propriétaires, qui sont d'ailleurs trÚs agréables, arrangeants, et sympathiques !

Propritaires tres rassurants . Logement idealement placė par rapport au centre de la palmyre . Des bricoles a adapter car logement parfait pour des personnes sans soucis de mobilite .Il a fait beau tout les jours ! 1 semaine est trop court pour profiter de la region. L'appartement fait partie d'une résidence, bien aménagée. Propre, boisée, ombragée. TrÚs calme malgré la présence de nombreux vacanciers. Centre du village avec de nombreux commerces, à 5 minutes à pied. Nombreuses activités possibles (visites, promenades, ...) dans les environs. Idéale pour les déplacements à vélo.

appartement calme , idĂ©alement placĂ© Ă  5 min du centre de la Palmyre, du fameux zoo , et des superbes plages ocĂ©anes, mais dans un environnement calme , qui permet d'avoir tous les avantages sans les inconvĂ©nients, mĂȘme en pleine saison avec l'affluence estivale. TrĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© avec tous le nĂ©cessaire de cuisine. On se sent "chez soi". TrĂšs bon accueil des propriĂ©taires , Ă  votre Ă©coute et soucieux de votre bien ĂȘtre. Un excellent lieu pour dĂ©couvrir la rĂ©gion de Royan. Nous y reviendrons.
