About this property

Cape Chestnut Villa; a trendy friends- and family getaway. Voëlklip.

This well decorated, spacious and eclectic holiday villa is family friendly, child friendly, braai friendly and a wine friendly all-in-one harmonious space.
Enjoy a weekend or holiday break in this well equipped, 4 bedroom villa in a quiet Hermanus lane, close to Grotto beach and the Fynbos rich mountains.

The bedrooms all have queen sized beds and there is a 5th pull out bed for another 2 kids or smaller adults.

The kitchen is fully equipped with large SMEG stove, Nespresso machine or bean to cup coffee machine-your choice; or both! Ample crockery and cutlery and wine and bubbly glasses. There are 2 dining areas; one outside for easy al fresco dining for up to 16 pax and inside dining for 8-10.
The large and spacious barbecue/braai area allow for great "kuiers" and for the braai experts; to enjoy long lazy braai sessions with exceptional Mountain views. There is a second barbecue or gas braai for braaiing with views towards Gansbaai and the Walker Bay. The views are interrupted.
The garden area is a flat and a comfortable running and play area for kids of all ages.

The owners are Fynbos lovers; make sure you enjoy the over 50 different Fynbos varieties in the double plot garden. No flower picking, please!

The house is serviced once a week and can be serviced daily at an extra cost.

This was an excellent host! Very little bit of detail and request a customer can ask for was demiver

The host was fantastic and covered everything. Her communication was amazing and ensured we had the most amazing stay. I have travelled the world and this experience and time at this lovely house and garden ticks all the boxes.
