Perfect!
This was such a cute property! The backyard is nicely landscaped and we enjoyed the yard with the fall weather. Everything in the house was nice and clean, and in working order. I appreciated there being coffee for the coffee maker, and some condiments in the fridge. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and a great location. My only complaints would be the neighbors barking dog, and the back door is hard to lock, so it took me a long time to figure out how to make it stay locked. Other than that, the owners were helpful and communicated, and we had a great stay!! I would definitely book here again.

Immaculate property
We arrived at different times , and everyone found this property to be fabulous. It is immaculately clean & owner has thoughtfully provided cooking essentials: olive oil- vinegar, coffee-sugar & even a spice rack. This home is just on the back door of a beautiful park & hiking trails. Very quiet neighborhood & grocery store is nearby. Would recommend this property to anyone who needs to enjoy privacy, easy access to great hiking-biking trails & well maintained property. Thanks! Will definitely return with family again.

Convenient Location, Quiet Neighborhood
First of all, one of the reasons we booked this property was the hot tub listed in the amenities. Unfortunately unless they mean you can fill up the bath tub with hot water, there is definitely not a hot tub anywhere on this property. Overall the house is nice, it's in a quiet neighborhood and was convenient for our trip to the last Reno Air Races. Our only complaints were the lack of the advertised hot tub and the beds and pillows were super soft and not particularly comfortable.

I'm a third generation Reno native that truly appreciates all that the city, and state of Nevada, has to offer. I've spent most of my life enjoying all the unique landscapes surrounding the area. As an avid skier, snowboarder, kayaker, mountain biker, hiker, and runner, I'm truly grateful for all the recreational opportunities that the Reno/Tahoe area provide.

Why they chose this property

The location of this property is second to none in the Reno area. Only minutes from Downtown and I-80, there is quick access to the surrounding areas from a quiet and safe neighborhood. More importantly, the property is less than a mile from UNR and Rancho San Rafael Park is literally at the end of the block. Just beyond the park there are miles of hiking and mountain biking trails on Peavine mountain. Our lived here for 5 years and loved every minute. The house is very comfortable and spacious and has a very nice back patio, garden, and yard.
