Yet it is a mere 15min walk to the heart of Ubud - Ubud Palace where there are plenty of eateries and shops as well as the central ubud market.

The villa:
The Niyamas is an ancient Sanskrit word referring to inner observances and positive duties towards cultiavting happiness, inner peace and contentment. Villa Niyama is situated in a sanctuary of lush greenery, tranquility and peace, conceptualized with the philosophy of Niyamas.
Villa niyamas is blend of balinese artistry style with modern western amenities, furnishings and comfort. No effort was spared in blending the villa into the local environment and culture.
This homely villa is designed with the highest quality materials and impeccably furnished to ensure the comfort of our guests.

Taking center stage is the infinity pool built to the highest aesthetic standard to completely take in the view of the tropical forest.

Living, Dining & Kitchen:
Designed to be open-plan and open-air to the tropical breeze and natural light. With the high ceiling, the villa is always bright and cool. The beautiful living area is filled with arts and decoratives. A flat screen smart TV for those inclined to watch some netlfix or have their stream music in. The kitchen is also open concept and fully equipped. There is a custom-made bar table and a dining table set made of natural Suar wood.

Bedrooms:
Wake up to the rustling of leaves and fresh air. The bedrooms are impeccably designed with comfort and privacy in mind. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with en-suite outdoor bathroom with a balinese style shower. The main villa houses 2 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is located near the edge of the valley with a balcony overlooking the river.

At your service:
The villa is fully staffed with Gusti, our ever-obliging housekeeper, gardener, caretaker pool, helpers and an onsite manager, available to take care of all your need. The staffs do not live on the property, but are available when needed.

You'll have access to everything this property has to offer.

Security:
To further enhance the stay, we have a permanent night guard looking after the guest. He is situated just outside the villas.

Breakfasts & food:
Breakfasts are included in the room and will be prepared for you on your request.
If you require additional food, fruit or snacks, you can ask for the fresh fruit, coconuts or flowers from the local markets.
There is also a quaint and charming local restaurant just across the villa which serves great meals.
