Rooms with Amazing Views

The property is located in a private, safe and central location of residential homes just a short stroll up from Babaloa Beach and within walking distance to the Turtle Cove Marina where you can find some of the best eats on the Island. The property is three levels, all with amazing views from one end of the island to the other.

The top floor has the main kitchen, living, dining, two master king suites, a private porch and balcony, all laid out like a 2500 sq. ft. ranch bungalow that can be rented out separate from the rest of the rooms.

The Pool Level has four guest suites; Rooms 1 & 2 both have two queen beds each and Rooms 3 & 4 are king suites. The lower level has two private king suites. All suites are big, bright and clean. All have been renovated or are new as in the two lower units. All have private entrances, private en-suites, 40" smart TVs, safes, mini fridge and microwaves.

The Pool Deck is for all guests to use. There is also a fully equipt covered outdoor kitchen area, a cabana bar, large gym that doubles as a play area and of course the infinity edge pool with plenty of loungers

Fantastic House

This property was a fantastic spot to celebrate my wife’s 40th. Views were maxing with quick access to a beach with snorkeling. The house was spacious and had great amenities. The host was perfect and helped plan dinners and nights out as well as recommendations. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

Best Villa on the Island

I cannot recommend this property enough. This was my 4th time to Turks and I have stayed in 4 different villas but this was by far the best. The views, the beach, the ease of getting everywhere - Location A. The property itself was phenomenal. Clean and nicely laid out! The kitchen had everything that one could want if they're cooking meals. The gym was full of equipment and the beach gear was great, too. The Host was incredible. Quick to communicate, thorough and helpful. She was accommodating and seemed very happy to share her lovely space with us. :) I really can't say enough nice things about this space.

Sherry is wonderful!

I had a group of 15 stay with Sherry for the weekend and she was outstanding. I probably called her 10 times throughout the weekend and she always answered my calls , gave me great recomendations and a wonderful driver (Reuben). The house is walking distance to a quiet beach and the pool is beautiful. There’s also a well stocked gym which is a nice bonus! The place is gated so it felt safe and there are numerous rooms to accommodate a large group. Would definitely recommend.

Great property and location, with a catch.

Great property and location, everyone was happy with the property. The only issue is that the property manager was rude on multiple occasions. If friendly communication and warm hospitality is important to you then I would look elsewhere!

The view and pool overlooking the view made the property a must do!!!

The house is expansive with far more space needed for our group of 12. The kitchen has every utensil needed for cooking any meal. The freezer was not working and the air conditioning unit was barely producing air but the disfunction of both of these drove us to the pool consistently.

Dolphin House Villa Providenciales

1.The host didn't inform us of the water issues for the island in advance of our stay. Water service was terminated from 11pm until 6am daily and would be reduced to a trickle at various times during the day 2.The oven, stove top burners, clothes washer and dryer did not work at all or not properly. The host indicated she had new appliances in a warehouse waiting to be installed. We were not advised in advance 3.The locks on 2 of the sliding glass doors did not work leaving the house unsecure 4.The main door to the house had a coded locking mechanism that did not work so the door had to be locked from the inside when we departed via a lower level door that could not be locked leaving the house unsecure 5.The wifi did not work downstairs and was weak throughout the house 6.The infinity pool (big sales point) was 8-10 inches below the required level in order to work. On the 3rd day of 8, we were finally able to use the pool but it never did reach 100% capacity due to faulty pumps 7. Televisions throughout the house did not work 8. Middle double room on the lower floor bathroom-electrical outlet did not work 9.The bathrooms lower lever were always hot 10.The coded security gate sensor on one side was loose resulting in the sensors being out of line so the remote didn't work and we had to manually open the gate on numerous occasions 11.Some of the fans in the house threw dust when turned on There is more but I am out of space. Be sure to quiz the host fully before committing
