The place is ideal to relax but it is also conducive to fishing (river Sarthe). The Gîte includes: 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed 140 (garden view and river and 1 sofa bed 2 people 140 in the living room (garden view): Bathroom (sink) shower toilet, corner fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV (TNT Satellite), washing machine, Fridge Freezer 250l, freezer 50L. Heating: 8 KW free P / day, free WIFI. 2 terraces with garden equipment (tables, chairs) parasol, 2 deck chairs and 2 deck chairs, barbecue, 1 private pontoon for fishing.
