new wooden house, spacious and warm with terrace overlooking the garden.
40m2 fully equipped: 15m2 mezzanine bedroom and sofa bed on the ground floor, the accommodation is ideal for a couple and 2 children. The 18m2 terrace overlooks a discreet part of the large garden.
Ceiling fan, blackout curtains (no shutters yet! ) At an altitude of 200m, you will be a 10-minute walk from the center and the shops of Avirons, and 5 minutes from the EtangSalé forest (walk, bike)
By car, it will take you less than 10 minutes to reach Etang-Salé beach and the Route des Tamarins, half an hour to access the primary forest of the Hauts du Tévelave.

Ein kleines Paradis
Das Appartment ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Man lebt wunderbar privat auf einem traumhaften Grundstück. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Die Einfahrt aufs Grundstück ist steil und ein bisschen eng. Nach der Beschreibung hätte ich gedacht, die Wohnung liegt dichter am Strand. Man braucht mit dem Auto gut 15 bis 20 min. Aber davon abgesehen traumhaft!
