Beautiful waterfront home less than1 mile to the beach.

No expenses have been spared at this eloquent home that includes its own boat slip, fishing from the dock, pool (heated is an additional $300/month), jacuzzi and 70" tv. The outdoor kitchen and fireplace are great for entertaining and watching the sunsets in the evening.
The open gourmet kitchen is equipped with a large island perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. Also included are a microwave, convection oven, induction stove, double door refrigerator and freezer.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a relaxing king size Simmons Beautyrest mattress with an adjustable vibrating bed and a 42" tv.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size Beautyrest mattress with a vibrating adjustable bed and a 32" tv. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds with Tempurepedic mattresses and a 32" tv
Bikes are included for taking a nice ride to the beach.
There are 3 kayaks for the adventure seekers to have some fun exploring a private island.
This home is the perfect place for the perfect vacation.
Available December 2019 - March 2020. $10,000 per month. Non-smokers only.
