You will be located in the heart of the historic center of Caen, on the port of Caen with a view of the Abbaye-aux-Dames. You will be close to the Château de Caen, the Abbaye-aux-Dames and the Saint-Pierre Church.

- The living room, decorated in a clean and modern atmosphere, is furnished with a TV, a sofa bed for 2 people, a coffee table and two armchairs. The windows, which bring light to this room, overlook the harbor.
- The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with a dining table, a toaster, an oven, a microwave, hotplates, a kettle, a coffee maker, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchen utensils.
