At the heart of the landing beaches the cottage is located 15 minutes from Arromanches, 15 minutes from Caen, 10 minutes from Bayeux on the N13 (Caen / Cherbourg)
This cottage of 48m2 ground floor is located in an old farmhouse in Coulombs.
Comprising a bedroom with double bed 160x200. (bed linen provided).

Thoroughly enjoy our stay. Cleanliness of gite was excellent & was warm. Host was very welcoming & helpful. Gite was well located for all the sightseeing we wanted to do. Definitely recommend.

Good base for exploration

Lovely site and good accommodation, only downside was no bar or bistro etc within walking distance which is not great when on a motorbike as you have to put your gear on etc but i should have checked that beforehand. Nice place

Ayant choisi l'endroit du logement pour pouvoir rayonner à vélo dans le bassin, j'ai été comblé. Caen Bayeux, la côté tout est joignable sans difficultés . Maps vous égare parfois "un peu" mais les découvertes sont très belles.Le logement parfait pour vous détendre et vous reposer après vos escapades. Merci Aurore.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, le gîte est proche de tout ce que nous voulions visiter (Bayeux, plages du débarquement, Caen). Gîte spacieux et propre, totalement conforme à l'annonce. Séjour inoubliable en Normandie

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour chez Aurore. Le gîte est propre, calme, pratique et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Excellent Place to stay in the Normandy area

Despite being unsure of our arrival time, we were met by our hostess, Aurore, who showed us our lodging, explained how things worked and gave us a bottle of local cider. She allowed us use of her family's laundry room and made sure we were comfortable with our surroundings. She offered maps, information about area attractions, and told us about a local grocery store that was open when others were closed (on holidays and Sundays). This location, between Caen and Bayeux, is convenient to the D-Day beaches and Normandy attractions such as the Cidre Rout. Mont Saint Michel is within easy driving distance. You can use direct routes or explore the area on smaller roadways through charming towns and villages. The surroundings are quiet and relaxed; there is a private entrance and outside seating that could be used on warm, sunny days. Parking is plentiful.

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht (Fön, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Küchenutensilien), sauber, gepflegt, neu. Kleine Terasse, Gartennutzung. Nette Vermieter, haben gute Tipps und Empfehlungen bekommen. Fahradnutzung möglich. Leider ist im Dorf kein Bäcker, keine Kneipe, dazu muss man ins nächste Dorf.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in einem sehr gepflegten und liebevoll restaurierten Appartment. Die Ferienzimmer liegen ruhig und ungestört im hintere Teil eines alten Hofes, welches von den Besitzern seit zwei Jahren liebevoll restauriert wird.
