Superbe location pour les vacances ,trÚs bien situé. Tout est bien pensé afin de nous permettre de se reposer tout en alliant sortie avec les enfants. Commerces proches : Boulangerie,pharmacie,médecin,courses,restaurants.etc. Un appartement trÚs trÚs bien pensé,belle décoration intérieure, sécurisé avec tout le confort possible. Propriétaire disponible mais discret voulant que nÎtre séjour soit agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location ! Nous souhaitons vivement y retourner pour des prochaines vacances. C'est une location de grand standing. L'appartement est récent, trÚs bien pensé et parfaitement équipé, on se sent immédiatement chez soi. Qualité 5 étoiles ! La localisation est idéale, au calme et tout est accessible à pied en 10min. Sans avoir rencontré le propriétaire, il s'est toujours montré disponible et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Appartement idéalement situé dans une rue calme . Boulanger à 5O m, supermarché à 100 m, plage à +/- 500 m. Nous avons apprécié le confort de cet appartement, 2 chambres spacieuses, salon et grande terrasse, ainsi qu'une cuisine bien équipée et surtout un parking sécurisé dans un immeuble récent. Nous n'avons vraiment manqué de rien. A ne pas manquer.

Trés belles vacances

Trés bel appartement. Confortable, bien équipé. Résidence trés calme. Pas besoin de voiture, tout se fait à pied, plage, commerces, etc....Excellent boulanger au pied de l'immeuble. Nous avons pris tous nos repas sur la terrasse. Nous n'irons pas à St raphael l' an prochain, mais vous ne serez pas du tout déçu si vous allez dans cet appartement qui est vraiment un petit coin de paradis. Vraiment nous avons passé de trés bonnes vacances. Toutes nos amitiés aux charmants propriétaires Sylvie et Louis Devoucoux

Je vous conseille vivement cet appartement pour l'emplacement à cÎté de tous commerces, proche du centre ville et de la plage. L'appartement est super et bien équipé, moderne, neuf et idéal pour couple avec enfants. Résidence neuve, trÚs calme et avec parking sécurisé. Manque un lit bébé et chaise haute pour enfant. Sinon séjour parfait.
