The kitchen is open to the living room and the terrace. A large play area with a pool table overlooks the garden and the sea. The house is ideal for a large family or several small ones. Overlooking the city, protected from the summer bustle, this house is ideal for a sunny and relaxing holiday.

The calm and the beauty of the landscape, the proximity of the beach and the city make this house an exceptional place, ideal for holidays with family or friends. Older children can be completely independent, the car is not necessary for daily trips to the beach or to the city. The house is easily accessible from the port of Propriano, 5 minutes by car.
Ajaccio or Figari airports are around 1 hour away. The beaches of the Gulf of Valinco are wild and uncrowded. There are many wonderful tours and hikes in the area. Nature is preserved.

Wir verbachten mit insgesamt 2 Familien sechs wundervolle Tage in diesem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus mit direktem Blick auf das Meer und den Hafen von Propriano. Die Kinder waren natürlich besonders vom Pool (mit kindersicherer Poolabdeckung) begeistert, aber auch das Billiardspielen und Pokern (sehr große Spieleauswahl im Haus vorhanden) machte den Mädchen und vor allem Jungen viel Spaß. Durch die Zimmeraufteilung konnten die Kinder das untere Stockwerk für sich vereinnahmen und die Eltern schliefen im Erdgeschoss. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, auch Gewürze, Tee und Kaffeefilter waren bereits vorhanden. Den Außengrill (Holz in der Garage) nutzten wir auch zweimal und konnten beim Abendessen einen zauberhaften Sonnenuntergang bewundern. Alles war sehr sauber und wir fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick an willkommen und wohl. Super wären noch Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, da es in der Nacht sehr angenehm war, diese geöffnet zu lassen, da meistens eine kühlende Brise Erfrischung verschaffte. Der Kontakt mit Laurence war sehr unkompliziert und er meldete sich immer sehr schnell (WhatsApp), wenn man eine Frage hatte.Vom Haus aus ist man in maximal 10 Minuten zum Hafen gelaufen, mit dem Auto erreicht man in 5 bis 10 Minuten wunderschöne einsame Strände (Anfang Juni), die sich auch zum SUP-Befahren, Schnorcheln und Bodyboard-Fahren super eignen. Auch Hunde dürfen an die Strände mitgenommen werden.Vielen Dank für alles!Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit!

1 semaine en famille, grand-parents, enfants, petits-enfants soit 10 personnes.

L’architecture de la maison avec ses ouvertures en arc de cercle sur la baie ( offrant une immense vue panoramique et des espaces de soleil et d’ombre sur cette immense terrasse), l’agencement intérieur original et pratique, la literie de qualité, la situation proche de la ville et au calme, la piscine, font qu’il s’agit d’un lieu exceptionnel où chacun s’est régalé. Sans parler de l’immense bibliothèque qui aurait mérité qu’on y reste très longtemps pour en profiter pleinement. La brise marine fait que nous n’avons jamais souffert de la chaleur. C’était parfait!

Tout était parfait ! La maison est vraiment très bien équipée. Rien ne manque . De plus elle est très bien décorée et chacun y a son intimité. 4 couples , chacun sa salle de bain . La piscine chauffée est un gros plus . La vue mer est aussi très appréciée.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren als Familie (Kinder u. Enkel) in dem tollen Haus. Der Urlaub war perfekt. Was uns alle begeistert hat, war der tolle Pool, natürlich auch der Billardtisch und die tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Was etwas besser werden könnte ist die Sauberkeit der Töpfe und des Geschirrs. Ansonsten war alles super. Wir würden dieses Haus immer wieder buchen.

Superbe prestation

La maison est idéalement placée sur les hauteurs de Propriano avec une vue sublime sur la mer et les montagnes. Les prestations sont à la hauteur de l’annonce avec de grands espaces à vivre, une terrasse très plaisante et des chambres spacieuses. La piscine chauffée est un grand plus à mi-saison ainsi que les nombreux jeux et le billard à disposition. La literie est de bonne qualité et tout le nécessaire est fourni pour notre arrivée. Laurence est très réactive aux différentes demandes et la simplification de l’arrivée et du départ sont particulièrement appréciables. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Wunderschön Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der beheizte Pool. Dieser hatte während des gesamten Aufenthaltes 27 grad, was Ende September perfekt war. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

Beautiful home

We couldn't have been happier with this property. This was a very special family trip. Laurence's home was everything we could have wished for and more - the beautiful view, the pool which was such a luxury and so much fun for the whole family to enjoy with a 1 yr old splashing around and 6 year old learning to swim. There were plenty of toys to be found to keep the children amused and hours of fun had playing pool! We made good use of the cooking facilities and ate out on the terrace most nights. A good number of bathrooms to accommodate different families and a great layout with a beautiful finish to it. We will definitely come back next year if we can! Thank you!

La maison est encore mieux que dans la description... la décoration et le mobilier créent une atmosphère chaleureuse et conviviale. Les lits sont de très bonne qualité et tout est très fonctionnel "aussi bien qu'à la maison" disait quelqu'un du groupe... L'emplacement est idéal, la vue incroyable sur la ville et la baie et toutes les activités à faire dans la région ont fait de notre séjour des vacances géniales !

Super semaine dans un cadre d'exception

Nous étions huit adultes et deux enfants. La villa est très confortable, agréable à vivre, avec de grands espaces et une vue magnifique sur le golfe de Valinco. Nous avons apprécié le confort des chambres, les différentes salles de bains, la terrasse extérieure et la piscine chauffée. La communication avec la propriétaire est très facile en raison d'une grande réactivité. La situation, à Propriano, permet de visiter les sites magnifiques de la Corse du Sud très facilement.

Je recommande vivement

Une arrivée simplifiée ce qui génère moins de stress. Un environnement calme reposant sur les hauteurs de propriano avec une magnifique vue sur mer. De nombreux équipements à dispositions. Très bonne situation géographique

Cette Villa est très agréable. Magnifique vue sur le golfe de VALINCO Beaucoup d'espace. Nous etions 7 adultes pour une Villa pouvrant recevoir 10 personnes. L'emplacement de la Ville de Propriano est idéale pour rejoindre facilement Le côté bord de mer et aussi la montagne pour effectuer randonnées en passant par Zonza. Cette villa est située à 15 minutes de Sartene- 1h30 de la ville d'Ajaccio - 1h30 de Porto Vecchio et de Bonifacio ainsi que de l'aéroport de Figaro. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cette villa. Laurence

Schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben eine wunderbare Urlaubszeit in diesem sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool und den Billardtisch sehr genossen. Der Pool ist ein Traum und man kann jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Das Ortszentrum und der Strand sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Laurence war einwandfrei. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.
