Apartment on the 1st floor of the ALTURA Residence, new and facing south with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub and its toilet, and a washroom with shower. You will also find an independent toilet. You can enjoy a superb balcony and terrace with mountain views and a private ski locker. Possibility of renting parking spaces in the basement of the residence.
Furnished in a 'mountain' style, perfectly equipped, the apartment is located in a new residence with an elevator, collective WIFI available, at the foot of the Rombière and Font d'Alagnon ski slopes.
You will enjoy all the comfort of a new apartment, perfectly oriented due South, facing the forest and ski slopes.
The absolute calm of this area of the station is a strong point that will allow you to spend very pleasant holidays, both in summer and winter.
The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with Filter coffee maker, dolce gusto coffee maker, raclette appliance, kettle, refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster...
Towels and linens are not provided, with the option to rent them upon request or bring your own personal linens. The beds are standard sizes: 140x190 for double beds, including one 160x200 in the room with bunk beds, and 90x190 for single beds.
