This very large 300 m2 cottage on two levels, with independent access will seduce you with its location and space ideal for large tribes! Facing the Plomb du Cantal and its Alpine ski sector but also at the foot of the Nordic ski slopes of the Prat de Bouc domain and ski lifts, you will be won over by the wild and natural side of the site.

On the ground floor you will find a large friendly dining room, a fitted kitchen area with filter coffee maker and senseo, refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher..., a living room with flat screen TV, an independent toilet and a storage room for ski equipment. You can enjoy a shared laundry room.

On the 1st floor, 3 rooms with 1 bed 140X190, 2 rooms with 2 beds 80X190 that can be joined to make 160X190 and finally 2 rooms with 3 single beds of 80X190 as well. This accommodation has at this level a sanitary area with 3 washbasins, 3 closed showers and 2 independent toilets. The heating is central and gas-powered.

You will also find just next to it the Buron de Prat de Bouc to eat and taste Auvergne specialities.

5km away you can find a grocery store and 10 km away the village of Murat will offer you its shops and services.
