Beautiful well placed apartment

Inside the city walls, close to all amenities and easy to find. Well equipped for two adults and two teenagers. Some street noise late at night but can be expected given the excellent location. Already recommended to friends!

Nice flat, great central location, perfect for 3 generations and varying needs and mobility. Although we caught the noise of a midsummer Friday night revelry. Really useful to have parking, and excellent comms with the owner.

Quiet, spacious retreat

This apartment is bright, airy, spacious and well equipped; in summary, it is exceedingly comfortable. It is also well located in the Intra Muros. As it is on the fringe of the noise and crowds of the main tourist areas , it is both convenient and quiet. As others have noted, there is a steep winding staircase up one floor to the apartment but it is well lit and has a sturdy handrail. Be aware that the keys need to be picked up at a location that is about a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. We found this a little inconvenient after a long day of travel. However, overall, this is a marvellous apartment that we highly recommend.

Superbe appartement. Du sérieux, pas de mauvaise surprise , tout est fonctionnel , très propre, bien équipé et bien fourni pour les divers produits. On se sent chez soi. Gros plus, la carte de parking pour une place à 7mn a pied dans le parking couvert.Je recommande cette location.

Agréable séjour

Appartement décoré avec goût, très propre et très bien agencé. Sa situation dans l’intra muros est idéal pour découvrir la ville , toutes les commodités sont à 5 min à pieds et pour les fans de BD qui font le salon quai des bulles à seulement 5 min à pieds. La place de parking est un vrai plus car pas facile de se garer sinon.

Ausstattung der Wohnung war wie Zuhause, sehr gute Lage, sehr schöne Stadt, Schlüsselübergabe profesionell gelöst, Stellplatz In der Garage war auch OK. Deutsche TV Programme haben wir vermisst. Die Dreizimmerwohnung ist wirklich für 4-5 Personen geeignet. Wir haben super Urlaub gehabt.

Logement très bien situé pour découvrir Saint Malo intra muros. A 5 min d'une des portes du rempart. Appartement spacieux, mobilier complet, livret avec de bonnes adresses pour découvrir la ville et Parking compris. Nous n'avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour. Mittendrin und angenehm

Größe Wohnung für 4 Personen geeignet. Parkplatz im nähe gelegenen Parkhaus ist inklusiv, da kaum freie öffentliche Parkplätze verfügbar. Tolle Stadt und sehr angenehme Wohnung. Alles super.
