We offer, in a quiet area, close to the shopping town centre of Paramé (500m) and the slipway of Rochebonne (1.2 km), a charming area house.
Its terraces, one to the south-east and the other to the west, allow you to take full advantage of the sun all day long.
The house has on the ground floor, an entrance, a toilet, a living room, an equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet.
In the garden, out of sight, table, deckchairs, and barbecue are at your disposal.
In the garage, you will have 2 electric bikes to explore the must-sees of the region.
The Cale de Rochebonne to the ramparts of St Malo, the Bas Sablons, the city of Alet and the Solidor tower in St Servan, the beaches of Paramé, the Pointe de La Varde, the Lupin harbour in Rothéneuf and the wild coast to Cancale.
