Upstairs cupola houses the master bedroom w/ large walk in glass shower.
Downstairs, a 2nd bedroom with full bath; claw foot tub/ shower !
Dining room seats 6, and new 9 foot oak bar in kitchen area to congregate .
Please note max occupancy is TWO adults.
Open french doors to Lanai with yet another area to dine (seats 4), overlooks lighted salt water lap pool, hot tub, and fruit trees and gas grill too!

Beautiful cottage-like home with lovely pool

This was a great place for my sister (& husband) and I to visit our mom. Quiet street, lovely neighborhood, cute house that had everything needed to live for a week! The lanai, pool and hot tube were fantastic. Great grill too. Very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The owner Gerriann is wonderful to work. We would definitely come back!

Great Location

First off, Geriann was was extremely accommodating and available through the HomeAway app messenger and via text messaging to contact for questions and for anything we needed. Second, the property was extremely well decorated and well appointed with all the amenities one could need on a vacation. We didn’t end up using them all, but what we did utilize, we greatly appreciated. Third, with the whole panic and uncertainty surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic, Geriann was so wonderful in helping us adjust our stay and refunding us for the days that we didn’t end up staying. As crazy as the circumstances were that surrounded a trip that was supposed to be a long and relaxing 15th Anniversary, Geriann took the frustration and confusion and stress off of us regarding our lodging. Great house, great owner, close enough to everything, yet far enough away from all the craziness of Fort Myers during peak season.

This house was exactly as listed, no smoke or mirrors. It was perfect for my wife daughter and me.

The home is very tastefully appointed and so inviting. It was spotless! Gerriann was a pleasure to deal with and so attentive to every need. The refrigerator and shelves were stocked with the basics; condiments, spice rack, paper products, towels and linens! Though not on the Beach, we were a short drive (10-15 min) from Fort Myers Beach. Located central to everything. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you Gerriann!
